Anuj was not wrong in trying to move on from Anupama but after dating & having ONS he couldn't settle with anyone as he couldn't forget Anupama so he dint married any as he dint wanted to cheat anyone . Why will Anuj informed Anupama about his past affairs if he was a casonova .

Vanraj used Anupama mentally , emotionally & physically for 16 yrs later cheated her with kavya continue using Anupama emotionally & mentally for 9 yrs , never dared to tell Anupama he loves kavya nor was in mood to reveal it if kavya would had not became adamant he would had still continuing it with no shame .

How is Anuj more messed up in term of women in compare to vanraj ?

See , regarding the ONS It's clear that I and some other members have different views , and let's just accept that , but here since you took the name of Lord Krishna, I want to say something , it's not about anything related to the serial or kapadia so please don't correlate.

Nowadays it's a comman thing to see people comparing the life of Krishna with their lives. See you can take knowledge and teachings from the life of krishna , that will benefit you , but humans(a person who hasn't attained salvation) can never exactly do the things that Krishna did. It's a matter of great ego to compare oneself or any other petty human with Krishna. And lastly Krishna is almighty himself he can play with prakriti (nature) and it has a deeply symbolic meaning as well , but we humans can't just do the raasleela with nature without getting destroyed .

In the mandir scene he himself elaborated about his varied romantic relationships from dating , affairs to ONS .Some may argue that it does not imply sleeping around a lot but still it does mean that his many relationships (as he himself says) were failures as well, now viewing this as wrong or right depends on personal preference.

It still does not make him a casanova or a womaniser.

After that very scene, he is embarrassed when a couple of girls actually praise him for his looks, guess you missed that scene intentionally cause you clearly have something against the character and keep referring to him as a casanova for reasons that aren’t quite reason enough.

Only u have problem with Anuj character it seems . Clearly u r against him . Here all are liking him. Again u will say same thing again and again what's the point .

Anuj has been living in an environment and culture that is sexually permissive. He has apparently developed his own attitude to sex, love and marriage that is neither completely hindustani nor western liberal. It would seem that, being a normal male with biological needs, he would satisfy those needs in a way that is acceptable in the place where he was living, with consenting partners. But he wouldn't cross any lines with women who might have a conservative or traditional outlook or who may be vulnerable in any way. This is the kind of character that anuj has been shown to have. Now his choices will definitely not be everyone's cup of tea, but that doesn't make him a bad or wicked person. Unlike Vanraj, whose choices and behavior are universally wrong.

And I think we like Anuj not because he is some kind of prem bhakt. On the contrary, his casual relationships and failure to find lasting happiness in any of them only show him to be a little flawed, but a person who still is trying to live by what he feels is right. If he had been shown as someone who had embraced celibacy because he didn't get the love of his life, like some Majnoon, he wouldn't have been as attractive..then his behavior would have been of a prem bhakt. We love him because we are actually happy for anupama.. who being a simple unappreciated housewife, still has the substance to attract and hold a powerful, successful and handsome man like anuj Kapadia who is not ignorant of female charms but despite his experience of them prizes the rarity and beauty of anu's character above it all.

Anu's career growth not being properly shown and instead only the Shah household politics getting the most screen is definitely irritating and common and tedious, but then thats itv. And most of its viewership are always game for a good love story.

And last but not least, we love anuj because its Gaurav Khanna😁😛.

Lol. It’s funny when people term Casanova as a deragotary term. All casanovas I have seen/met, usually treat women well, give respect, and care about consent. It might come to people as surprise, but those above 3 factors are all sometimes women are looking for from a man. 😆 So yeah! Anuj’s a casanova and pretty much one that women would choose to be. Waiting for Anupama’s turn. 😎😈

Having many relationships in 26 span of years doesn't mean he is Casanova or has been actively ruining lives.

Anuj is character whose prime characteristic includes taking consent. When two people enters any sort of relationship as long as there no false promises, no false hopes - then both are on same page and knows where exactly the relationship is going.

Seeing Anuj's character it is safe to assume- he would have been very transparent with any relationship he had.

Many failed relationship doesn't make you a bad person.

Anupamaa is definitely fine alone but if she were to fall in love - take second chance with marriage what's wrong with that.

As per who deserves better- I am definitely on Anuj's side because honestly Anu is lost case when it comes to Shah. And Seeing how things are progressing she is going to be the same till very end.
