Anuj deserves better

Anupamaa surely deserves a partner like Anuj. But he deserves better. Writers have made him too good & too pure for this show's mess now.

He deserves better than woman like Anupamaa who seeks abuse. Who has next-to-no boundaries (Sex is really her only boundary. She divorced Vanraj, Shah House, & Toshu only when sexual infidelity/allegations got involved). Who cannot cut out people so toxic that they give her & now Anuj panic attacks. He deserves better than having to deal with a family like Shah's. Better than a woman who's otherwise extremely mahaan & introspective, but can't see what's in his eyes.

i Agree Anuj deserve better than Anupama but you don't see a lot of things when you love someone you neglect their negative attributes...we have multiple examples in Anupamaa only kaya and Vanraj , Kinjal and Toshu

we think he might deserve better but he thinks she is the best for him...

you can never judge a person by the baggage they come with and if you do you never really loved them and though Anupama has her boundaries, she knows how to love...

not defending her in anyway cause I see a lot of flaws in Anu while Anuj is shown flawless but this is what makes their relationship different..

It's not about Anu's past baggage. It's about how she chooses to live in toxicity & drags others in it too. Earlier it was Samar, now it's Anuj too.

They either need to introduce a few of Anuj's flaws or fix a few of Anu's. Because right now their coupling looks like bandar ke haath baithe bithaaye hoor lag gaya 😆

I think He Loves that about Anupama - she is selfless - so is he. The difference being unfortunately Anupamas family has taken her selflessness for granted and abuses it. And he would not.

I think she is so used to the toxicity that she does not see it like an outsider would. I agree with you that she needs to do better - for all the bhashans she gives she has no insight.

I don't necessarily think they both don't deserve each other. I actually believe they completely deserve each other - because a love from two personalities like this is brilliant. Its a love for just each other and no outsider will ever be a part - they both love deeply. He her and she her family. IF that love turns to love each other it will be blazing!

Not quite. The difference is that Anuj knows how & when to draw boundaries. But Anu, forget about her drawing boundaries for herself.. She is against Samar drawing a one with his abusive father. She doesn't drawn in abuse alone. First she took along Samar, now has taken Anuj along too.
