Biwi no1 movie plot!!

I saw this movie many years ago... when husband(Salman khan) moves in with girlfriend(sushmita) wife(karishma) sends her kids to stay with them... later on she sends her mother in law n dog!!! I enjoyed that movie in childhood, how a husband realized worth of his wife. That movie had happy ending.

Can’t see the same in this scenario as Vanraj is an abusive husband. But I would love to see shah family at kavya’s home at least once or May be a dream sequence/nightmare for Kavya 🤣😂

Yeah, while I defo dont want Anu to take back Vanraj, it will be fun to see Kavya unable to cater to maybe Baa and Paakhi/Toshu if they ever change sides for a while.

Actually, that movie was not good at all as well. 😆 Thankfully Anupamaa doesn't follow that.

Just the difference was Salman's character was shown bichara so-called Bhola(Pun intended). Villian was a lady, not that Man who cheated. Glorifying EMA in a way, why should he forgotten that easily - why the wife should do that level of effort to bring a cheater back! So no happy end to me😆 Bollywood movies especially from that time were very problematic. They all were patriarchy focused.

Of course, as a child, I never understood these issues too.

Coming to Anupama, ahh I so wish Pakhi goes with Vanraj very very soon. I hope they fast pace episodes till that plot takes place. Can't wait to see them all suffer together. 😈

Actually, I have been thinking about stricking similarity in terms of so called male leads in both the shows, and I am so hoping Anupama will never follow the suite of Vanraj being accepted unless Vanraj suffers to great extent and truly pays the price for everything he has been doing to Anupama - Literally suffer the hell!

Now, coming to the similarity - Salman's character was terrible - Karishma's character literally, like a fool, gave him an option to leave other woman and come back to her (exactly as baa did) and he refused?? Like seriously?? Did he want to continue his relationship with other woman along with his wife and his wife knowing everything! It was such a shitty scene:

Both ML's leave house and go and stay with the second woman. Karishma's character's main aim was to win back her husband who cheated on her, like why would you want such a person back?

Accordingly, if Anupama would have given Vanraj the option, he might have lied and agreed to her... but as he said, he was not ashamed of his actions. I hope Anupama focuses more on her own growth and experience!

As Priya mentioned, markers wanted the audience to hate sush's character; but kids and prem's mother were mean to her as well though it was Salman's character who was terribly wrong. Her character was not too bad as probably Kavya was. Karishma's character literally used kids to get her husband back. Anupama is takine care of the family in his absence.

Ugh, I don't know about wanting the family at Kavya's place. That would serve no purpose other than to humiliate Kavya. In this case, Kavya wasn't the one insulting Anupama for being a house-wife. While she clealy has has ethical issues, otherwise she wouldn't have been involved with a married man, much less become such a big part of his family life (her presence during Kinjal's mother's entry still makes me puke) but she seems like a okay individual and so much better than Vee.

And clearly she isn't a family person, otherwise she wouldn't be living alone. But that doesn't makes her less of a person or less worthy of being someone's partner. We know that the Shah family was basically treating Anupama as a housemaid and Vanraj even said so few episodes back, this speaks a lot about Shah family and their mentality. Anupama shouldn't have endured all the BS nor should Kavya.

Yes it will be night mare for kavya as we see in older episode that kavya cleary Dont want disturbance when she is with vanraj like when bapuji has heart attack just before that kavya told vanraj not to use phone

And also in resort episode how she is happy with vanraj in resort as she thought no one can disturb both in resort as family didi not know that vanraj has not gone to Hyderabad but resort

Kavya clearly say to vanraj now we can spend time together in resort as there is no one to disturb us and we can roam freely like marrired couple

And also without any hestiation with out legal marty to vanraj . Kavya register mrs vanraj shah

And also during birthday she clearly told vanraj that in my birthday I Dont know anyone except u and me

So all these shows kavya Dont want third person when she is with vanraj

And she is going super irrated when shah family coming to kavya place

But I Dont thnk shah family will go to kavya place especially bapuji and samar will not go at kavya place . Dont know about baa and parithosh whether both will like to go at kavya home

Kavya is not a bad person. She just loves Vanraj.

And everyone made her the villain, the bad person. She was not the one cheating on her husband. She and her husband were separate for a very long time. She was very clear from the starting that she wants to marry Vanraj someday and was just not doing that because of Vanraj and his family.

She has always supported Anupama and even argued with Vanraj for his small mentality when he didn't wanted Anupama to join the cooking classes in school. I know she had talked bad about Anupama at times but I guess that's because she was insecure about Vanraj or he made her believe that Anupama is really selfish and cunning and bad.

Even if it's unpopular opinion but that's what I think and I would not want Kavya to suffer or get humiliated by Vanraj's family or anyone. She has no fault in all this. Atleast I don't find so.

Kavya is also at fault she is not completely innocent . How she was desperate to marry vanraj during 25 th wedding anniversary of vanraj and anupama when she ( kavya) has not taken divorce from aniruddh

So kavya is also responsible ruinnng anupama life life just like vanraj

And also there are some other desperate action of kavya ( kavya behaving like wife of vanraj)when she has stayed at shah house for few days like snatching saree from anupama ( Even when anupama Dont want to give saree to kavya uncessary making pasta for vanraj in front of anupama, and writing name of vanraj in her hand entering vanraj and anupama bedroom so these action prrove kavya is also guilty of anupama

And when kavya stayed at anupama house for few days because of aniruddh . Anupama has said kavya can stay here for some days as anupama feel pain for kavya . Anupama treated her like sister but was Hell bent behaving like wife of vanraj

And kavya Even lied to vanraj that anupama ne mujhe ghar se bahar nikal diya though anupama has only ask kavya to stay at nandini house for few days to cool down situation as kavya insult baa and baa ask anupama to ask kavya to leave house

I can only remember kehne ko humsafar hai s1 &2 and the latest Sony show which I guess , has ended now , as a realistic and mature take on the ema. Biwi #1 😆 Well some aspects were good. It served its purpose. Mindless comedy.
