Is Vanraaj really faking?

I don't think so Vanraaj is faking all the scenes with Anupamaa as he claims to Kavya. I mean during the dinner scene, no one was around, he don't need to fake. He can have the dinner too as Anupamaa permitted him to have pasta. But he was happily having dinner after everybody went inside.

Moreover, when they had been talking inside the bedroom, it looked like a genuine scene. It felt Vanraaj's emotions are real.

I guess , after faking, he got into real emotions or betraying both Anupamaa and Kavya.

He probably is his normal self around her, like he has been for years - its just us seeing and for Kavya to see it now to since she is living there 24/7

Vanraj only love food made by anupama that is why he is not faking. And eating with interest

Apart from food made by anupama he has no interest in anupama

He loves the food made by Anupama thats why we can see the real emotions there apart from it i dont think so he has genuine feelings for her.

He talks like he never fell in love with Anupamaa, that's how he sounded when he was saying to Kavya few weeks back in the office.

And Kavya is the one who he loves and shown him what love is etc...

sometimes he behaves like he cares for Anupama and at the same time he is different with Kavya. Don't know what's going on his mind.😳

His emotions seems real around Anupamaa these days but to Kavya, he says he is faking it...Maybe that's how he is at home, his real self or it's just a drama ..Can't tell anymore 😅 Going with the flow 😄

At home for years he is in pattern, how to behave... but right now is abit more cautious cos few ppl have found out, and his family heard accusations which he denied so he has to be careful and extra nice to Anupamaa and cautious and other thing he has a engagement in the house so we seeing him doing things for that too

Didn’t look like Vanraj was faking and maybe that is the reason Anupama trusts him blindly. Even in yesterday’s episode, he asked Anupama for her explanation and stood by her and his daughter. Kavya is his weakness but his family is his strength which he is going to lose soon.
