1. Building Bhaskar and his crony are planning to stop the Bhumi poojai by abducting all the priests in that area.

2. Palli's friend comes to invite her for her daughter's wedding. Palli dilly dallies but that woman knows everything. Tells Palli that she met RR - not sure if she tells Palli about the "circumstances" which forced RR 's bigamy but Palli shows her the door. Girija and her hubby invite RR also - in Anu's house.

3. RR asks the lawyer to write the will. As usual he plans to hide the transfer of the house from Anu and for once Sundu gives the right advice - " 25 years aa maraichu maraichu...you know where u stand " RR says that Anu will never oppose his wishes and asks the lawyer to show the documents to Palli " once she agrees , register them too "

4. Lawyer comes to palli's house - she is not there. Gives the documents to VVK " ask your mom to go through ...and then can be registered " After he leaves, VVK and Paatti discuss the situation. VVK says that he will make one more try with his mom...

My hopes have been dashed to the ground, Vijaya Dasami falls on Thursday, so my Friday slot is still there!😭

Brief update for Tuesday, Oct 4, 2011:

Karthi comes and gives the file to Palli, tells her that even if she cannot forgive RR, she can at least stop punishing him. She seems to be listening.

Anu and RR in the bald upstairs, she says the moon is her friend - indha ammakku moon, veedu ellam friends, vera human friends yaarum illai pola irukku! RR broaches the subject of moving, she vetoes it again.

Karthi calls RR and says he thinks Palli may be in the process of changing her mind.

Palli in the temple, sees Gayathri there, they go around the praakaram together, Gayathri also advises her and says that Shree's marriage to Karthi is in her hands now. Palli says that Shree's marriage to Karthi will definitely take place.

Wednesday - Thanks to Chachu aka Saraswathi - escape from today's update...

Wednesday - 5th October 2011 Episode - 372

Palli walking on the road. (you forgot to ask that car from RR) Anu & RR in a car. Anu spots Palli, wants the car to stop beside her. RR says his usual - have some urgent work. Palli stops an auto passing by. Anu stops the car, asks Palli how she is doing? Anu wants to know why Palli did not come over as she promised to over the phone. Palli thinking for a reason, Anu doesnt want the reason now, forces Palli to the car. RR looks right and left but at Palli. Palli gives a hateful look at RR. Anu reintroduces her husband and the shameless two timer hellos to Palli. Palli too says a soft hello. Palli in the front seat sees RR and Anu through the rear view mirror, she is almost in tears. Anu has a doubt - she feels that since the day of her operation Palli has moved away from her. Palli denies. RR has a look.

Shreenidhi happily reading a book. Her mother gets back from the temple, sniffs, wonders where Shreenidhi went. Finds her in her bedroom reading a book. Enquires about the paruppu on the stove, Shreenidhi completely forgot about it (just like how I forgot to update this serial) never mind already that is burnt now says mummy (my mummy would have given me that mummy's look) it is okay here, what in your MIL's place? Shreenidhi is confident her MIL will thaangufy her. Met Palli at the temple says Gayathri. Updates Shreenidhi on the meeting. Gayathri feels Shreenidhi would be able to convince Palli. Shreenidhi feels it would be a difficult task, Gayathri feels she should forgive atleast for the sake of children. (B.S... she should kick those moral less children out) Shreenidhi will fall at Palli 's hands and legs to get them together she promises. Gayathri says now you are my daughter which reminds Shreenidhi that she is not the biological child. Gayathri cuddles and konjing session happens - Gayathri ootivitting food for Shreenidhi.

Nivedha on the phone with Adhi. Is worried about her daddy. Adhi tells for his nalla manasu RR's problems would be solved soon. Nivedha hears the car, promises to call him later. Nivedha sees Palli also get out of the car. Nivedha in her mind voice tells that she never thought that Palli would understand daddy so soon. Palli is full of hatred. Anu moves in. Nivedha invites Palli holding her hand. Palli snatches her hands out. RR's useless look. Anu takes Palli inside. Nivedha discusses with RR who feels seeing Palli's anger the serial would never end. Nivedha consoles her daddy that everything would be alright soon.

Anu asking Palli what happened. Palli saying nothing, but Anu probes. RR arrives . Palli just cant stand him. She gets up to leave. Spots a photograph with Anu, RR, paatti, children and her mom. RR & Nivedha turn to look at it. Anu says it was her long standing aasai. Palli takes the photo in her hand and remembers calling RR for a photo and he refusing because he is allergic to photos. She looks at RR who gives the SBT look. Anu updates on Sivakami's visit on that day and she too was included in the photo. If Palli had come then they could have taken a photo like one family (but she is your sakkalathi friend and not family). Anu feels the house is complete only after the family photo shoot. Anu also tells Palli that RR wants to move out of this house. If getting a better house then do move out, why such sentiments questions Palli.

Ippidiyum oru punishmentaa? I forgot what I watched on Friday, so I have to watch this kuppai all over again!

Update for Friday, Oct 7, 2011:

Anu appeals to Palli, saying that hubby wants to move to another house, but Palli seems to side with hubby, saying that so what? If the new house is better, why not move? Palli wants to leave, Anu insists that RR drop her off.

Palli and RR in the car, RR stops the car, sends the driver off to get water and tries to talk to Palli. Palli doesn't want to talk to him, says he never took a picture with her, now he has a picture with Anu, this means that her house is not his house, Anu's house is his. RR says that she has not understood him, but Anu will always understand him. Palli says she will punish all of them, RR says okay, punish me, but not Anu, she has done nothing wrong, why are you taking the house away from her, can you not give in for her, since she is your bestu friendu. She won't be alive if this house is taken away from her. Palli says she doesn't want to talk to him, that's it, if the house is not transferred to her name, she won't be alive (she uses this threat all the time, just once, why doesn't someone call her bluff?) She takes an auto and goes home.

Palli goes home, Paati asks her where she had gone, Palli says to the place where she took a picture. Paati replays all the scenes in Anu's house (did they run out of material to film?), she tries to justify but Palli says, what kind of a mother are you? Neeyellam oru ammavaa? konjing and kulaavufying with that family? Paati says, what kind of a friend are you? yOu didn't even go to see Anu, your manasu is stone. Mom and daughter fight. This Palli is such a shrew, but she wears lovely saris and blouses (this blouse in particular!)

Bhaskar's car is having troubles. Guess who comes there at that moment? None other than MK, who stops, asks what the problem is, sees what it is, goes somewhere, returns with a new belt, and fixes it and doesn't even take money, says he will take it when Bhaskar next takes his car there.

Karthi is thinking about his mom, saying she is going to punish RR. Sundu comes there, asks what the matter is, agrees with Karthi that his mother is not going to change soon (this same guy used to describe her as "sokka thangam:" all the time - he is the biggest villain of all and deserves to be shot).

It still beats me how all these people could have described this Palli as "sokka thangam" and RR as "nallavar, uyarndhavar, etc..." and his deceit as "vidhiyin vilaiyaattu".

Marupadi bullet points update thaan - intha kOdumaiyai sagikka mudiyalai !!!

1. VVK and Sundu - nadu theru conference - about Palli murukkings. Sundu as usual says
"this too shall pass " ( Roja has copyright for that grrr ) Sundu goes to inform the priest about next day's bhoomi pooja and asks VVK to invite Palli for the smae " Illatta athukku Oru mOochu sandai pOdum antha punniyavathi "

2. Sundu fixes the priest for the next day - Bhaskar approaches the same priest for some pooja in his house and the priest says that he will be busy. Bhaskar orders his driver to find the priest's house " without his knowledge, ok?"

3. Palli's mathi manthiri friend - the one who gave advice about pidinging all RR's sOthu - comes home to meet Palli. Paatti and VVK samy Aattam Aadi antha amma vai thOrathidaraanga. Nalla Kaalam Palli paarkkalai.

4. Jenny on the road - coming back from the Church - Prem comes that side - Netru illatha maatram ennathu?? Katru yen Kathil yethO sOnnathu - Roja's BG . Looks like there is romance in the air.😉

5. VVK is getting ready to go for the Bhoomi pooja. Palli refuses to come. On top of that tells VVK that he should be calling the shot and not play second fiddle to his dad. VVK says that he is happy to be an Edu Pidi to dad - another round of " appa's circumstances were such " and Palli refuses to buy that story...

Update for Tues, Oct 11, 2011:

Bhaskar's driver goes to the priest's house and says that he has been sent to take the priest to the bhoomi pooja. Priest is doubtful but he calls Sundu and says that he will be coming there by car (why couldn't he say "the car sent by you"?) and agrees to go.

RR and co. at the site. They are waiting for the priest.

MK goes to Bhaskar's house as previously agreed. Bhaskar gets a call from his driver saying that the priest has been knocked out with some drug, is fast asleep. B tells driver to dump the priest by the roadside and return home.

Sundu and RR waiting anxiously for the priest. Jenny prays while Karthi and Sundu make calls. Sundu comes to know that the priest left in a car sent by him, he wonders how that could be, since he did not send the car.

MK leaves Bhaskar's house, since B could not find the keys. On his way out, he has bike problems. One of the priests whom Bhaskar has been holding in his house comes out to make a call. Just then, MK gets the call from Karthi, asking him to find a priest anywhere and bring him to the site. MK sees this priest, convinces him somehow and takes him along to the site.

Thodarum ...

The episode was as dull as the serial itself.

Thurs- Episode 377..

Following Roja's lead in point form (agree with LJ- it is really getting so dull)

1. Aadhi goes to Nivedha's home with the prasaadam, gives to Anu. Anu eats the prasaadam and ties the thread around her hand, and is really touched. Nivedha is also touched, cries in Aadhi's arms.

2. RR's office- the new client Narayanan talking to Ganesh, and is very happy about the progress. He tells his assistant (Bhaskar's uLkai) the wants the work to be done properly unlike the time he worked with Bhaskar. Ganesh is looking disturbed. The assistant gets a call from Bhasker, goes to Bhaskar's house, discusses how to stop the work- by going to the land owner (who sold it to Narayanan) and commit to pay more for the land they sold.

3. Bhaskar goes to the land owner's house and convinces the wife that he will give a few lakhs more for the same land. In return she must report to the police she is not selling the land to Narayanan and that nobody can build a flat there.

4. Palli meets her friend Kalpana (who was told off by Sivagami and VVK for spoiling their peace) in nadu theru. She snubs Palli, spilling the beans on her abuse from them for helping Palli with the sothu pirikkara idea. Palli apologises saying she didnt know anything.

5. Palli goes home, scolds both her mum and VVK for humiliating her because of what they did to Kalpana. They try to justify but she wont hear any of it. VVK starts the appa puraanam again. Palli wont hear any of it.

Wednesday 12th October 2011 Episode - 376

The updates will be up tomorrow morning. Sorry for the delay. Am drained for now, and most part of the afternoon IF felt that I was an invalid member.

Bhaskar's henchman comes to tell him all gurukkals have been paid. They are all wondering as to why payment when they did no work. Have all been paid asks Bhaskar. Yes except one fellow who went to make a call, he has gone missing. The man gets beaten by Bhaskar. If at all the bhoomi pooja happens he would be dead meat is the warning. Bhaskar calls Varadhan who is talking to Narayanan. Narayanan allows Varadhan to take the call, and meet him later. Bhaskar is updated that the bhoomi pooja did happen. MK did bring another gurukkal. The hencheman is beaten again. Bhaskar fumes.

Sundu arrives on his scooter to the Gurukkal's house. The gurukkal's daughter says he left in the morning. The daughter concludes her father has been kidnapped, frets. Sundu gets a call from Prem, who tells that it must be Bhaskar's doing. Prem is about to meet Bhaskar to know the truth. Sundu decides to go in search of the gurukkal. An auto arrives with the dizzy gurukkal. Sundu pays off the auto, gurukkal helped out and is made to sit. Gurukkal updates Sundu that a car came in the morning to pick him up, at Poonamallee the gurukkal realised it was the wrong route, when he did ask, the man frayed (that is how he pronounced) something on his face. Dont know a thing after that. The gurukkal lying on the roadside, An auto stops beside the gurukkal and he was brought home.

The daughter gives the gurukkal water to drink. It is by someone who wanted to revenge them says the gurukkal to Sundu. Sundu calls Prem to tell gurukkal back home. Prem wants the gurukkal to go to the police station to file a complaint. Gurukkal opts out. Prem is asked to give a warning to Bhaskar by Sundu, which he does. Both challenge each other on completion / incompletion of the project.

Bhaskar goes to MK's shed and threatens him. MK is not bothered, holds Bhaskar's hands when Bhaskar comes to hit him. Warns Bhaskar he would be dead, that Bhaskar is in MK's den. MK arrives at the site to meet Sundu. Tells Sundu to be careful, Bhaskar can harm RR. Sundu does not want to bring this to RR's attention. He is already in so much of problem. So MK and Sundu decide to give a police complaint on behalf of the company for safety sake.

Adhi practising his walk in a park. Nivedha arrives and asks him why he did not answer her calls. Adhi had been to a temple, gives her the prasadam. Which temple - Thirupathi. Did he want their wedding to take place soon teases Nivedha. No, he wanted aunty to get well soon , hence the trip. (why do these fellows pronounce aunty as anti??) Nivedha is touched by his act, in tears. Adhi asks her the reason for crying. Adhi is praised, also updates Adhi of Palli's visit. But not like how he thinks, she came because of Anu bumping onto her and by force. Adhi is asked to come home and give the prasadham in person to Anu!

Update for Fri, Oct 14, 2011:

Bhaskar goes to someone's house to give a loan. That woman turns out to be the mother of one of MK's employees, who sees Bhaskar and tells his mother not to borrow money from B, he is not a good guy, so the woman tells B to leave. After the son leaves, B returns and convinces the woman to file a complaint against RR, and she agrees and goes with him. This is the same woman who he spoke to yesterday and she is the one whose husband is selling the land to Narayanan. The son goes to MK and tells him about it and MK tells him to warn his mother not to get involved with the guy.

Sundu at the site. A police officer, along with the above lady, come and tell him he cannot build there because she has sold it to someone else. Varadan pretends to get angry at her. The work is stopped.

Jenny in Karthi's house. He and Santhosh are the MD's for the new project. Karthi comes to know that Jenny is in love with Prem, is told to keep it a secret.

Santhosh signs the documents in Ganesh's office. Ganesh gets a call from Sundu about the land problem, he calls Narayanan who says he will find out. Ganesh suspects Bhaskar's hand in all this. Jennifer tells Ganesh that Narayanan is a mOsamaana aaLu - I think she was supposed to say that Bhaskar is a bad guy, and she sodappified her lines and the editor didn't notice!

Bhaskar congratulates Varadan for giving him such a brilliant idea. Varadan says that his boss, Narayanan, will have to call him to find out the problem, but he cannot do so because V has switched off his cell phone.
