Ek Lamha (One Moment)

Hi ADHYians...

Here is a short poem...randomly written...on the last sweet simple scene between Vibha... Its penned in hindi but given the translation in Eng)

Ek Lamha... (one Moment)

Pareshan...dhoondne nikla mein...uss beete hue lamhon ka hissab (worried...I went looking for those past collected moments)

Par kadam le aaye aur ruke tere paas (but my footsteps lead me to you)

Tumne palat kar dekha toh mili humari parchaiyaan (You turned around and our shadows met)

Chah kar bhi naa chupa saka tumse meri bechain nazrein (I could not hide from you my restlessness)

Lautaya tumne mere pareshan atith ka kitaab (slowly you gave back the book of my troubled past)

Phir udi teri zulfein iss raat ki hawaon mein aur.... (Then the breezy night blew the wind in your hair and... )

Tumhari dhimi si awaaz...aur ankhon ki narmiyat (the softness of your voice and eyes...

Tumhara ahsanmand hona....aur samajhna....(your gratitude and understanding

Aai Sakhi.. Aai Dil (O friend...Oh Heart...

Tham sa gaya samha.... (Time just stopped...

Hai yeh bas Aaj Ke Kitaab Ka Ek Lamha....bas Ek Lamha...(it is but just One moment...in the Diary of Today...

kyun unn yaadon mein pareshan ho tum?

Kyun andar hi rukha ho tum?

Kis jidh parr ade ho tum? ?

Kyun chahate nahi samajhna tum?

Iss aadat ke sahare, kyun bhoola diya khud ko,

Beeti parchaiyon mein sama liya hai khud ko

Galtiyaan jo tumne kabhi na kii,

Kyun uske khatir sehe rahe ho tum?
