Why did Loha agree to Suman marrying Madhur - Page 2

Laali was mature when she was Suman's age as someone pointed out, so marriage for her was okay and like someone said she was poor. She had to do anything necessary to keep her family from starving. She was put in the position to also marry because of the waris thing. I don't think she would have done it without love or marriage.

Age is only a number it is experience that makes a person more mature and their life circumstances. Suman is immature and is not poor like Laali. Laali saw a lot of things at Suman's age so she had to grow up fast, Suman has protective parents with money.

In there terms of getting married it a the person choice not matter what the age.

Madhur is older than 24. Pre-leap he was around 20-21 (slightly younger than Shekhar), so now he must be at least 27. That's 9-10 years between him and Suman.

I may be wrong but I think Madhur was about 18 pre-leap. Presumably, he went to college after his wedding with Rekha did not go through. Later, Suman saw him and fell in love with him. This is according to an earlier episode post leap when Suman mentions to Laali/Shyamli that she had seen this young man Madhur in school and had fallen in love with him.

When she sees him in her own house, she decides to make a move. Quite brave for an Indian girl to make the first move.

And who knows whether it is puppy love or real love on Suman's part. We, of course know that Madhur is rather unhappy about the turn of events because he is in love with Rekha.

One thing comes out very clear though regarding this discussion - our AJ writers do not worry about details. It is left to viewers to figure out many things on their own. I hardly see this problem on American or English TV serials. Whatever questions you have are answered by the end of the episode or in the following episodes.

But alas! in Hindi TV serials, there is no such thing. Questions are left unanswered, stories are left hanging in the air, story lines lack details, storytelling style is inept, among other things.

So when is this wedding going to take place???? No mention of it... Maybe Lali and Shekhar will renew their vows again...they can all go to Nepal for that....a change of place...
