Practically I would tell you to listen to your parents and break up with him.

There are genetic complications if you marry within your family. God forbid but your baby can be born without proper arms or legs or have a brain disorder. It's not safe to marry within your family especially if he is your first cousin.

I think u should give them some time, if they are fixing your marriage (like have a guy in mind n fixing dates) then u really really need to talk to them if not I'd say give them some time and then bring it up back
