It may not be love now but you can ask yourself "Can you ever learn to love him?"
If he really does love you then mos likely he will be able to make you happy. Most people that I know [Adults] have all been arranged marriage.
But the thing is they learned to fall in love. And they turned out happy and in love. If you're good friends with him, you know him, you find him to be a good person at heart then I think I [Personally] would say yes. But before answering I'd ask for time. I'd try to get to know him better, to see if there would be any hope for this relationship to work out. After giving it a long thought then only I'd answer.
