Madhav and Manasvini are characters from 20 years before the present time. Madhav was the crown prince of the royal family, while Manasvini (Manu) was slated to become the next Devrakshika of Garudev temple, who protects the royal family from the Naagins. MadhVini had been best friends since the age of 3 and this strong bond of friendship continued until the time had come for Manu to become Devrakshika. Knowing the strict rules of friendship, family, love and marriage, Manu was forced to break ties with everyone including Madhav. Hearing this, Madhav broke his friendship with Manu in anger after many attempts of convincing her of still being friends with him. A twist in their tale took place when Madhav was about to be fed kheer on his 18th birthday as it turned out that the kheer had been poisoned. Knowing that the duty of Devrakshika had to be fulfilled, Manu stepped in and ate the poisoned dish resulting in her losing her life. Despite the fact that Madhav had broken his friendship with Manu, he knew he couldn't live without her and to give her a second chance to live, he poisoned himself. The disputed Naagmani was brought out of hiding and resurrected MadhVini. Despite their families stopping them from seeing one another, Madhav and Manu fell in love with each other. Madhav married Manu forcefully in a secluded temple in the jungle. Madhav broke all relations with Manu as she refused to accept their relation. Manu hid the fact from her family and became a Devrakshika. Here, Maya an Icchaadaari Naagin who had also developed feelings for Madhav, disguised herself as Rajkumari from Chittogarh as her marriage was to be fixed with Madhav and entered the Raj Mahal. After many attempts of Madhav trying to make Manu realize that she wasn't a Devrakshika, she continued to refuse him and their relation despite the love she had for him. Maya managed to hide her truth from everyone by putting the blame of the use of black magic and death of the poojari on Manu and this therefore resulted in Manu getting jailed. Finding out about Maya's wicked plans, Manu freed herself from the jail and with the help of Mata Rani defeated the Icchadaari Naagins to stopped Madhav's marriage with Maya. Manu finally accepted herself as Madhav's wife and was successful in exposing Maya and fulfilling her duty of Devrakshika at the same time. Despite this, the royal family decided that it would be best if Manu moved far away from the place as she was no longer Devrakshika and wasn't needed there anymore. A distraught and angry Madhav went against his father's orders to get his love back, Manu was finally accepted as the royal family's daughter in law. Maya couldn't bear her defeat and swore to ruin Manu, as she was obsessed with Madhav. On the wedding day, Maya murdered the entire Raj Parivar, and took away Madhav and naag mani into the Namishyavan. This marked the end of an incomplete love story as Manu was killed by Maya in haste of jealousy and anger.
Tribute to MadhVini Magnificent, wonderful, sensational and amazingly unbelievable are the words that aptly define MadhVini.
Their journey started from friendship, a friendship in which Madhav was ready to burn the world for Manu and Manu walked with burnt feet to meet Madhav.. their innocent charm, their loving nature, the unraveled passion was like the air that flames up a fire.. Their compassion for each other, the controlled and uncontrolled bouts of emotion. MadhVini has been surreal and Magical. Madhav and Manu were characters from the flashback, everyone knew that they both would die, and then reincarnated as Krish and Radhika, but no one told me that MadhVini would be so special that I would regret their loss more than their return. Their love story however short, was the most beautiful one in the recent times.
Laksh and Mahima you both were beautiful and amazing and enthralling as MadhVini, that I believe you both have out done yourselves.👏👏
