Well his mother told him that if he wants her and his sister to come back to his house and live together, he needs to marry the FL and the FL refused point blank. And since the guy is totally crazy for his family and wants him back by hook or by crook, he chose to blackmail the FL by getting her brother (who worked for him) arrested so that she agrees.

FL conducted photo shoot with ML’s sister

FL’s kaki takes pics while sister is changing and posts them to take revenge on FL and ML

ML misunderstood that FL posted those pics

He defamed FL saying that she spent night with him

So FL is thrown out of house, ML’s mom wanted him to marry her
