why not just make dramas short term where they are like a few weeks or months long rather than ruining it for years...
yes i totally agree with you..and better yet instead of makign the "continuous" drama they can make shows where everyday is a new episode or situation like our old time favorites-full house, family matters, seinfeld, saved by the bell etc...
you can make them funny and i htink the indian household will feel more relaxed and more at ease..but honestly sometimes i think they make these serials as dramatic and tragic as possible to make the average person (an indian housewife in india) thinking that her life is "luxurious/happier" compared to whats being portrayed on television...
