Update ............11th Nov

Vidya is taken to the hospital. Everyone is anxious and Vidya seems to be in pain. She is wheeled into the OT. Abhi is crying, "Mummy, mummy". 😭 Adit remembers when he lost his parents and had come face to face with the bitter side of life. The nurse comes to dress the wounds. She asks Abhi where he got hurt and he fibs …. in an accident. Adit doesn't want any first aid and says he's fine. The doctor arrives on the scene and tells Adit that he couldn't save his child. He knew it was coming but is still shocked. He staggers against the wall. He asks how Vidya is. The doc says she's ok and can be taken home the next day. He has been thinking (his voice speaks out his thoughts in the background) that life has taken a lot from him and he is once again at a point when he is going to receive a big jolt. Everyone is in grief even Sam. No … Sam even more. Somewhere he blamed himself for this situation. If he hadn't passed the loan, if Adit hadn't lost his job and if Sam had reached a bit earlier then perhaps……But Sam feels guilty and blames himself. He withdraws into himself. He leaves the hospital and goes home. Arti returns home and asks him why he just went away. He just couldn't answer her. The voice continues to talk. Exactly a year later………

Sam is sitting in the boss' chair. Adit claps but Sam wants a hug from him. (I guess things have more or less settled down). Sam has brought home some gifts. Arti asks him why so he tells her about his promotion. She said she knew he would get it. She says Mummy Papa have to be told. He tells her to inform them. (So all seems to be smooth on that front too.) She says everyone is expecting some other news as well. Sam looks worried.

Arti and her M i l are chatting over coffee. Sam comes from work. He asks about his father but his mother shakes her head. Sam says this means he is still unhappy. Sam's mother has brought baby clothes that belonged to Sam. She says she has consulted a pundit who has said that after some pooja, the stars would be fine and a child would be born…….*Hoot hoot* 👎🏼 Arti …… her babas and her poojas! When will this girl ever come out of the dark ages? 😕 Sam is angry and says stop it. He leaves the room. Arti follows him in. Blooper………its Vidya's room. Boy --- Monish couldn't you find another set?🤪

Sigh…….! A huge argument ensues. Sam says he cannot be a father……he is sorry. Arti is shocked. But she refuses to give up. She decides to adopt a child.

Arti has arranged a candle-lit dinner. Sam wonders what the occasion is. He holds her hand and wishes her Happy Birthday. When she is surprised, he says, "Happy Anniversary" She pouts. She shows him an envelope and says they will now be a complete family since the adoption centre has responded favourably. He says we don't need any child. But Arti wants one. She says she is incomplete without one. He doesn't agree. Arti wonders what has happened to Sam. He wasn't like that before. Why doesn't he want any kids when he indulges Abhi and Antara so much? Sam has no answer to give.

Sam doesn't want to have children in the house, certainly not adopted ones who will make him feeling less of a man. He says he wants to be a dad in the true sense of the word. Not an adopted one. Arti argues that even if you don't give birth to a child, the people who take care of the adopted children are the parents. She is sure that Sam will be a good father. Anyway Arti brings home a cute little girl called Milli and introduces him to her as Papa. Sam is upset and walks off. But Arti has made a decision and will stand by it. Arti has grown in the last three years. From a dingbat….to an understanding woman. (Hope so) 😲

Conclusion: Today's epi was a shabby introduction to the leap. The children were not shown. Not a great episode ……..rate would be 60%

Precap: Adit is telling Vidya that he is as saddened by the death of their child the way she is. But Vidya is in tears (and a bit hysterical I thought) and tells him I accepted Antara as my child but you killed my daughter. You are just a murderer. (Who asked you to go looking for Adit when you knew there was danger?)

After seeing the precap, I felt the story has stood still and there is a huge gulf between Adit and Vidya. The serial is losing its grip………… 🤢

Thanks a great deal for having to sit through this episode to do the update for us. This episode is boring and now with Aarti and Sameer and all their drama we have to see Vidya being all angry at Aditya and probably giving him and Antara the cold-shoulder again instead of what is the focal point of this show which is autism.

I'm so annoyed that they chose this stupid melodrama in a serial that was one of the first original ones to come along in ages!!!

i like the yesterday episode very much...and i beleive cretavies are doing good job...The way they play with time and shows the journey of samir and aarti...

its nice... i never expected that i can watch a full episode on samir and aarti... but i did and i realize it only when its finish... and credit goes to creatives....
