she need not be taken in loop, all Sha has to do is see Rashmi once and it is finito for Rashmi ..Plus Sha has caused such havoc in Rashmi's life, so obviously there has to be several face off's between Rashmi and Sha

Mastana turning Police informer will not be much help cos he is a low level helper..Rathore will want big fish and the Big fish is not in India ... he will need someone to infiltrate the gang and find the head .. a motivated, courageous outsider >>> RASHMI !!
