Simi has spent her life sacrificing for her family. Will this be the turning point for her when she finally realizes she needs to think of herself and stop giving up herself for her family. I mean what has she got in return for it - NOTHING.
She was insulted, demeaned and degraded. Yet, she said nothing; remember just last week she had a pretty good tongue when she had to hurt Abhi.
I am wondering if she regrets asking Abhi to ask for Anuj to return home for her ungrateful mother. After all she could have been with Abhi rather than possibly getting raped by some gundas after having being rejected by her family.
And what with poor Abhi? Slapped by Anita, nearly beaten up by Anuj, deceived by his mother and then kicked out of the house by Manju. It disappoints me that time and time again that in our society we are asked to respect our elders and yet when our elders are wrong - Anita, Anuj, Mrs. T., Manju etc - we are required to remain silent and take their abuse? It's a very messed up society when we cannot speak our mind. Abhi certainly made an effort to stand up for himself and Simi but in return he was considered insolent. That's completely wrong.
Talking of respecting elders, Simi the elder among all of them yet Neetu, Anita and Anuj are very derogatory towards her. Yet somehow it's OK for this behavior but not OK for people to speak when an elder is wrong. I am confused with all this doublestandard here. Is this Indian society or the creative team in action?

Has anyone in India or Indian serials heard of the term "Consenting Adults"? 🤔
Both Abhi and Simi are adults, they are in love, they shd just go ahead, dump both their horrible families, and get married and move away somewhere far from their demonic mothers and sisters! 😆 😆 😆
I think RB sent the gundas to molest Simi as revenge for his insult and Abhi reopening RS store.
I dont think Simi will be molested, maybe injured in the struggle and definitely traumatized!
I hope Abhi is strong and takes her away from her horrible family. She deserves some happiness and they dont need family consent, theyre 2 consenting adults.

He won't take her yet. RS will forbid the relationship and except that Simi marry Nukul. Nukul's coming back in a couple of days. You seriously think these two have had enough drama? Hell no. We have more coming ahead.

Yes I agree but uneasiness lies on head which wears the throne. She all along had been sacrifying for others and in bargain got respect and position of responsibilty at home. With passage of time all have grown and changed , it is mistake on her part to be grateful to ungrateful. Also it higlights the high standard of charcter. She may not get immediate gains but sarifies will not go waste . It will help in binding the family. It is difficult to make an institution and easy to destroy. Serial may open up eyes of some viewers and may be able to identify simi in their families

Though the indian teleserial show everything in extremes, I appreciate the positivity in your post , especially the 1st highlight point.

But, I doubt that this will happen (The 2nd highlighted point), just bcos such people if they were good people who can recognize the goodness in others, then they wouldn't be bad in the 1st place. If it does happen in the 0.001% of rare cases, then let it happen.

I think they are Anita's hired gundas who leave unsatisfied during Lohri when Anita threatens them that she will call police when one of the guy asks for money.

So, when Simi is sitting there on the road crying, she gets abducted by those gundas.

Whatever they show might happen with Simi, she should never get back to 12/24.
In whatever condition it may be, she will be better off anywhere other than her home.

Just more proof to show, boys in indian societies matter a lot more, than girls! so typical..
