your opinion is respected and held up as your idea on a subject..u don't see any1 else pillorying you on it..humour at the bard's expense, wordsworth , shaw , tennyson .. or any other creative effort is a part of the process..it happened then and shall continue after we have passed...
i am perfectly entitled..just as you are , to opinions, to say that i found ramas's effort honestly..funny!!! there is no issue of vendetta on any of our parts..and yes i do speak collectively on behalf of "us people" as we have been labelled..the only protest is that opinions that differ are not handled maturely..
that said..if there was a post that i have agreed with , i have said so..and so have the others..to do this you guys vs. us people is infantile...
we are all adults with our opinions and a forum is a site where all can express their thoughts...
guess i was really wrong..this IS becoming a place for yes people!!
not finding humour is your prerogative..WE thought it was hilarious..and we said so...
c'est tout!!
also ..as a PS..the basic function of being a critic is to dissect a work and view it through a lens of objectivity...science thrives on the art of asking questions and not accepting things ad nauseum...
a writer can NEVER agree with a critic..because his/her work is his/her baby...but he/she learns that criticism is something hat produces better work in the future and sharpens one's skills...
i am , frankly, like sankum, disgusted by this constant discussion and monitoring..it was in no way vulgar or base...and neither was it malicious, despite how you guys choose to view/portray it...
but the dev team are all.. all honourable people..
