YRKKH: Akshara’s condition worsens, Abhir learns about it & Abhi decides to reunite them

In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai today, Akshara has a dream about a child named Abhir but mistakenly confuses him with another child. Unaware of her error, she brings the wrong child home, assuming it's Abhir, and decides to care for him. This situation intrigues the neighbors, leaving them curious.

Meanwhile, Manish is feeling down and refuses to eat. Muskaan encourages him to be brave and stop regretting his decisions. She praises Manish for suggesting that Akshara and Abhinav should go to Kasauli, hoping it will help Abhir bond with Abhimanyu.

When Abhimanyu arrives, Kairav questions his intentions, suspecting he might have ulterior motives. Abhimanyu explains that he's been trying to contact Akshara and Abhinav but couldn't reach them. Swarna also questions him, fearing he might want to bring them back to Udaipur to keep them away from Abhir.

Akshara unknowingly feeds the boy, thinking he is Abhir, but then Abhinav, along with the boy's parents and the police, arrives at the house. Abhinav is shocked to see the boy with Abhir, and the boy's parents accuse Akshara of taking their child without permission. Abhinav asks them not to complain, understanding the difficult time Akshara is going through after losing custody of Abhir.
