WAR 2: Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR movie an action spectacle; cinematographer's Insta post increases curiosity

WAR 2 is one of the biggest releases of 2025. Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR will be coming together for the first time for a big action pan-India movie. The shoot of WAR 2 had started in November 23, and it seems like a wrap has happened. Fans are super excited after seeing the Instagram post of Australian cinematographer Benjamin Jasper. He has said that the last film he worked on in 2024 has been shot in land, air and water. Jasper also wrote the name of the destinations like Italy, Spain, UAE and India in his post. Fans have guessed that it can be YRF's WAR 2. The action blockbuster might go into post-production soon given that they want to make a product at par with Hollywood.

It seems Jr NTR will play an officer who has gone rogue due to some reasons. His name is supposed to be Arjun Luthra. The theme is similar to that of Pathaan and WAR. Aditya Chopra is involved in every aspect of the game. Kiara Advani and Hrithik Roshan have filmed a song in Italy and their chemistry is looking good. Ayan Mukerji has replaced Siddharth Anand in the movie who is busy with his own production house. Chopra felt Mukerji was a good choice after seeing the visual effects of Brahmastra.

Did Benjamin Jasper hint at WAR 2?

WAR 2 will supposedly set the tone for Pathaan 2. There is buzz that a big South star will be cast in Pathaan 2. The first movie of the WAR franchise made Rs 500 crore plus at the box office. Fans feel with Jr NTR on board, the movie will make Rs 1,000 crores. The film is supposed to come in the second half of 2025. Hrithik Roshan’s entry has been filmed in the Shaolin Temple of Japan where he is fighting Samurai warriors. Jr NTR has single-handedly fought 40 people in one of the fight sequences of the movie.
