This is how actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has been losing her weight post pregnancy to get back into shape!


Kareena Kapoor Khan who was blessed with a baby, 'Taimur Ali Khan' carried her pregnancy look in an awesome way! However, now she is keen to get back to work and for that, the actress has started to cut down the extra fats to get back into a perfect shape!

It was reported earlier that Bebo initially began with 'yoga' for the same. But now she has incorporated pilates as well in her daily routine.

A report in a popular daily quoted a source saying, "After 40 days of her delivery, she started doing light exercises, including yoga. Now, since last fortnight, she has begun doing proper workouts and has included Pilates in her routine. She has also been following dietician Rujuta Diwekar's diet. This has resulted in Kareena losing 12 kg since she began working out. She is aiming to lose more weight in the next month and get into shape to shoot for Veere Di Wedding in May." (sic)

The actress had gained 18 kgs during the pregnancy phase and want to shed some kilos but in a gradual process!
