Sajid Nadiadwala plans Housefull 5; To rope in all Housefull stars!

Currently, Housefull is one of the biggest franchises and yet again proved itself as the most bankable films of the year. Now, Bollywood director Sajid Nadiadwala has a few twists to add to his production.

According to recent reports in Mumbai Mirror, he is planning to rope 10 biggest Bollywood stars of all time for Housefull’s 5th instalment. 

The fourth instalment which released this year turned out to be the highest-grossing film of the franchise. To celebrate, producer Sajid Nadiadwala and wife Warda hosted a bash for the film’s cast at his Lokhandwala office on Sunday.

Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kriti Sanon, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh with actress wife, Genelia, Pooja Hegde, Kriti Kharbanda and Chunky Panday were seen smiling in a picture together. 

Akshay dropped another cryptic clue, sharing the same picture with the enigmatic caption, “Housefull of fun with friends from Housefull 1, 2, 3 and 4… Gearing up for 5? I don’t know.”

Now, that a fifth instalment of the franchise is on its way, Sajid claims that this one will not be just another film. Sajid now wants to create a Housefull universe and plans on bringing together the principal cast of all the previous instalments for the comic caper’s next outing.

“The basic premise of all the Housefull films results from a confusion between three couples. For part five, Sajid wants to throw five couples into the mix to amp up the fun by five times,” reveals a source close to the development.

As of now, the cast of HF 4 was happy to party the night away. Even Akshay, who is known for his disciplined lifestyle, broke curfew to stay way past midnight. He left the party only at 2 am and headed straight to the airport to catch an early morning flight to Hyderabad.
