#Review: 'Bepanah Pyaar' does continue the 'Kasam' theme with a pinch of cliche

Ekta Kapoor's Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki did leave a legacy which gave Ssharad Malhotra and Kratika Sengar yet another successful show to their credit. Now comes the sequel to the show which just doesn't have a different name but a different cast too.

And now, the promo of the show was recently released by Ekta herself. Here's what we think.

What's It About

In a rather cliched but still effective manner, the promo introduces us right away to the male protagonist in the form of Pearl V Puri as his character talks about his favorite song followed by Aparna Dixit's character who talks about the place being her favorite place.

Soon, they stroll around here and there before the girl teases the guy that he won't be able to catch hold of her and the next moment we know, she falls of a cliff leaving the guy shocked.

The Impact

Apart from the cliched treatment of the romance, the show does make it clear in the first seconds right away that the show is indeed a sequel to Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki as the leading lady's death would result in the reincarnation saga again.

The best part about the promo is to see the fresh pairing of Pearl and Aparna, as both of them look absolutely fabulous on-screen and seem to complement each other already.

In the end, it does seem that Bepanah Pyaar can successfully continue with the legacy that Kasam left.
