dearing onscreen pair of Shruti and Bittoo from 2010's runaway hit Band Baaja Baarat, have supposedly parted ways in reality almost a week before Valentine's Day. Though the couple never admitted to their relationship explicitly to the media, Anushka and Ranveer's off-screen camaraderie and comfort with each other lead everyone to believe that there was definitely something brewing between the charming newcomers. Also, appearing together in almost all public gatherings only helped fuel the dating rumors. Now, however, news has reached us that this vibrant couple have called it quits.

Sources reveal that constant arguments between the two, and more specifically all the limelight Ranveer was receiving for his noteworthy performance in his debut, served to sour their budding relationship. Things started going downhill when Anushka reportedly started seeing green and turned possessive during Ranveer's rehearsal for a recent awards show. We hear that Ranveer started dedicating a lot more time than required for the rehearsals of his impending performance in an award show involving three leading ladies of Indian television, hence allotting a feeble amount of time to Anushka. This obviously did not go down well with his lady love and the two ended up having a heated argument over the phone, calling off their newly bloomed relationship.

But it looks like the pair will have to reconcile their differences soon as they have been signed for yet another Yash Raj movie titled Ladies Vs Rocky Bahl.

Here's hoping that Ranveer and Anushka can maintain professionalism in spite of personal problems for their upcoming venture together, lest their promising careers last as briefly as their relationship!
