Rannvijay Singha Lauds Rhea Chakraborty’s Return to the Spotlight

Rannvijay Singha, host of Roadies, recently praised Rhea Chakraborty for her inspiring comeback in the entertainment world. After enduring immense public scrutiny following Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise, Rhea returned to the spotlight as a gang leader on Roadies. Rannvijay highlighted her courage and resilience, calling her return an example of unwavering strength amidst personal and professional challenges.

In a conversation with News18 Showsha, Rannvijay shared his admiration for Rhea’s journey. Reflecting on the negativity she faced, he said, “So many people will relate to this girl (Rhea) who’s been through something that you and I can’t even imagine. People already judged her for something that… Can you imagine she lost somebody she loved, and she never got somebody saying, ‘Oh my God, she lost somebody’?” He noted her ability to stand firm despite being at the center of controversy.

Rhea became a target of public anger and legal issues after Sushant’s sudden death. Accused of abetment to suicide, she even spent nearly a month in jail. Despite these hardships, Rhea persevered and made a triumphant return to the industry. Rannvijay applauded her ability to face adversities, saying, “She has been through more things than I have. That gives her the confidence now. She stood that storm. I don’t know what I’d do in her situation. Her presence on Roadies gives strength to many.”

Rannvijay also expressed joy over Rhea’s return to work. He added, “I am happy she got this opportunity with Roadies. She told me, ‘I’m glad I came back and did this where I can be myself.’ Her experiences define her reactions and presence.”

Rhea Chakraborty acted in movies like Sonali Cable, Half Girlfriend, and Chehre. After a difficult time, her role in Roadies is helping her reconnect with the audience. Sushant Singh Rajput was a talented actor known for M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story and Pavitra Rishta. His last film, Dil Bechara, released after his passing, remains close to fans' hearts.
