Ram Charan and Jr NTR complain about SS Rajamouli being a stern director

The magnus opus RRR is all set for a theatrical release the coming week. S.S. Rajamouli, the film's director, Ram Charan, and Jr NTR are shown sharing a casual talk in one of the film's recent promotional clips, where the two actors acknowledge that they were offended by the helmsman's lack of empathy while on the sets.

On the setting of the film, the actors whined about having to put up with Rajamouli's stern expectations, who is known for being a no-nonsense man. 

"Rajamouli does not show any empathy while on the sets. Even if Charan or I had small issues, he would make us join the shoot, and complete the task," NTR complained.

In response, Rajamouli said,

 "I have to control myself not to show empathy. If I start showing empathy and stop the show even for one day, it will cause a huge damage to the production house."

On his part, Ram Charan stated that he was irritated by Rajamouli's behaviour at times. He recalled an incident and said that even though he was sick, Rajamouli insisted that he walk in and commence filming. He mentioned that a thousand people had come down to take care of the nitty gritty on the sets, and that if Ram Charan did not turn up, it would be a waste of resources.

SS Rajamouli's film franchise Baahubali had shaken the box office records and fans had showered immense love on the film. In a recent interview, Rajamouli had claimed that RRR is going to be greater than Bahubali. 

The film was earlier going to release in the beginning of the year, but due to surge in covid cases in the country, the makers decided to postpone the date and shift it ahead. The film is now slated to release on 25th March.

Apart from Jr NTR and Ram Charan, the film also features Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn.
