Kanye West faces sexual assault and drugging allegations by former assistant

Kanye "Ye" West is now confronting grave new accusations of sexual battery and sex trafficking, as alleged by his former assistant. These serious charges have been incorporated into a second amended complaint within a civil lawsuit that was initially filed in June 2024.

A former assistant of Kanye West, who worked with him from 2021 to 2024 in roles including A&R representative, has accused the rapper of sexual assault. The allegations detail an incident during a Donda album recording session co-hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs, where the assistant claims West engaged in non-consensual oral rape. The court filing further alleges that West used false career promises to coerce her compliance.

The lawsuit alleges that the assault took place during a studio session attended by both Kanye West and Sean Diddy Combs. Despite Combs' presence at the time of the alleged incident, he has not been named as a defendant in the ongoing legal proceedings.

The lawsuit alleges that the former assistant was drugged during the session and that West “offered someone the opportunity" to have sex with her in exchange for allowing him to sleep with their partner. These incidents, according to the complaint, form part of the broader allegation of sex trafficking, as West allegedly “recruited and enticed by making fraudulent promises of career advancement" in exchange for sexual submission.

The initial lawsuit filed by the former assistant included accusations of sexual harassment, breach of contract, fraud, and wrongful termination, along with claims for unpaid wages and emotional distress. She also alleges that her refusal to comply with West's demands led to repercussions including public shaming, online harassment, retaliation, and violence.

In 2024, Kanye West's legal team initially denied the allegations and planned to take legal action against the former assistant. However, there has been no official response to the recent additions to the case. The former assistant, who is also a content creator on OnlyFans, is at the heart of the ongoing legal proceedings. West has yet to publicly address the updated charges.
