One actress who has never shied away from serious roles is Kangana, and her latest venture is no different. The actress will be essaying the role of the ever-gorgeous Madhubala in Ekta's movie Once Upon A Time in Mumbai. But it's not the acting that scares her; it's looking as beautiful as Madhubala.
"I've never thought of myself as beautiful. In fact, I've always suffered from low self-esteem. Till recently, I'd look at my pictures and cringe. I still have the pictures from my first portfolio I got done in Chandigarh. They remind me of how ugly I can look. And to now play Madhubala in 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbai' - how will I do it?" Kangana said.
The actress has decided to go in for a complete transformation and will be preparing for the role by watching DVDs of Madhubala's films.
The movie will revolve around Madhubala and her alleged love interest, Don Haji Mustani, whose role wil be essayed by Ajay Devgan. Taxi No. 9211 and Hattrick director, Milan Luthria, will be calling the shots.ALSO READ: Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar & Ranveer Singh unite for 'Singham Again' as shoot beginsALSO READ: "We are doing just what fans want us to do" says Rohit Shetty as he introduces Akshay Kumar in 'Singham Again'
