Dhamaal 4: Ajay Devgn and Arshad Warsi Kick Off Shoot with Laughter and Madness

The much-loved Dhamaal franchise is all set to entertain audiences once again as the makers have officially begun shooting for its fourth installment, Dhamaal 4. The announcement came through an Instagram post by casting agent Shahid Hasan, who shared a picture of the film’s clapboard with the word "Mahurat" written on it, confirming the start of the shoot.

Sharing the picture, he captioned it, “Some films start with a script. Ours starts with Dhamaal. Mahurat done. Dhamaal 4 Madness mode: ON.” This exciting update has already created a buzz among fans who have been eagerly waiting for another dose of laughter from the franchise.

Like its previous parts, Dhamaal 4 will be directed by Indra Kumar and is backed by T-Series in association with Devgn Films. The film will feature a stellar cast, including Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra, and Jaaved Jaaferi in key roles. According to reports, Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit Nene, who were part of Total Dhamaal (2019), might also join the cast.

A report from Pinkvilla mentioned that Dhamaal 4 will introduce a fresh theme, much like Total Dhamaal, which had a jungle adventure setting. “The basic plot has been locked, and the team is now working on designing the new visuals,” a source revealed. While an official release date has not been announced yet, the film is expected to hit theatres by the end of 2025. Fans are now waiting for more updates and an official confirmation regarding the release.

The Dhamaal franchise started in 2007 and became a massive hit with its comedy and engaging storyline. It was followed by Double Dhamaal in 2011 and Total Dhamaal in 2019, both of which received great responses from the audience.

Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn has a packed schedule ahead. He will next be seen in Raid 2, set to release on May 1, 2025, alongside Riteish Deshmukh, Vaani Kapoor, and Saurabh Shukla. Apart from that, he has projects like De De Pyaar De 2, Son of Sardaar 2, and Ranger in the pipeline. Arshad Warsi, on the other hand, will be seen in Welcome to the Jungle and Jolly LLB 3, adding more excitement to his film lineup.
