It's a fact renowned that the leggy beauty of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone opted out of Akshay Kumar starrer Housefull 2, in order to be a part of Rajnikanth's upcoming, Rana.

It is now believed that the Ghajini-girl Asin has been finalized as the perfect repla

cement for the-then perfect, Deepika. It is not even confirmed, but it seems that soon she will also follow Deepika's footsteps. Talks have it that Asin, too, has been approached to be a part of the same film - Rana, which is to release in three versions: Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

The movie, which will be produced by Rajni's daughter Soundarya, is believed to have the southern superstar playing a triple role and while Deepika will romance with one Rajni, Asin will be seen with another.

The whole ordeal has left Sajid Khan and his film with a bit of a headache. If Asin decides to follow in Deeps' footsteps, it's back to the casting couch for the director.

Who will romance the third Rajni? Are the makers of Rana waiting for the Housefull 2 crew to announce yet another lead heroine, whom they can approach? Only time can tell...
