Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum is the story of two people from different profession. One is a TV Actress Sonakshi (Dipika Kakar) & another is a Surgeon Rohit (Karan Grover). How their paths meet and whether they are meant to be together or not forms the crux of the story.
Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum is the serial showcasing the vulnerability and the past of two dedicated professionals and displays the change in their relationship from their first meet where they met on a conflicting note. The show is produced by SOL Productions and directed by Sameer Kulkarni.
