This thread was much needed.And really appreciate whatever you are doing for the forum.

No one can stop anyone from expressing their opinion about a celebrity.
Which includes Liking or Disliking towards an actor.
But opinion should be expressed in a rather constructive way.
I have seen many posts where they post instigating/derogatory posts and claim it as Constructive Criticism.
Constructive criticism is criticism kindly meant that has a goal of improving some area of another's person's life or work or something.
So , one thing I want here to stop is bashing celebrities and using the term 'Constructive Criticism'.
Secondly , some people just target the fans of the celebrities they hate.
Opinions are like wrist watches where everyone thinks their time is accurate.Likewise , where you think your opinion is appropriate the other person also thinks their opinion is appropriate thus , respecting opinions is indispensable to have healthy discussion in the forum.
There are some people whose goal is to trouble the fans of the celebrity they hate , to mock them , criticize there liking just because they hate the person.😕Its not necessary if you hate a person others will hate it too.And if there favorite receives real constructive criticism also they'll go nuts over it.😕
Anyways , I am telling this on a random base since I have seen many people not only in this forum but in all other forums too.
So one thing this forum should adopt is respecting each and everyone's opinion.

Regarding DT.
Immediate and strict action should be taken by the DT on every instigating post and every members should be dealt individually for breaking rules while posting in the thread.
And more DT members should be there.

As I said in above post.Opinions are like wrist watches where everyone thinks their time is accurate.
Likewise , you think your opinion is appropriate others do also think the opinions they have is appropriate.Thus , thats why all members are advised to express their opinion in a constructive way.
I haven't seen any of your threads or posts where you criticized Shahrukh Khan.
But disliking his jokes are totally reasonable as this is your opinion but whenever you make a post regarding it , please use constructive criticism only rather than passing rude remarks as it will offend Srk fans.Because you might have the intention of just constructively criticizing Srk but Srk fans will take it offending thinking you are just insulting him and his fans so therefore , either constructively criticize him or post a note 'No Offense to his fans'.
And it is not possible , Srk fans don't comment , they will comment and they have the right to comment as their favorite is being discussed here.So if they become rude , just don't be rude and rather report it.That act of yours will totally be justified but if you reply back rudely it will create to a big fight resulting both getting warnings.

Hope I am not sounding rude but I am saying for betterment of forum.

What I want is pretty simple... DT should stop sending out mass Warnings... It would be greatly appreciated if they see what that particular member has posted to offend someone instead of just looking at a larger picture where a group of members are posting something random! Sometimes, u get warnings for posts that u don't even post!

Also... It would be great if DT also answers to the point. Nobody needs subjective answers here, when a question is raised just answer that part instead of beating around the bush. Period!!!

If your intention is to bash his and his fans then I don't know about that.
But if you just want to criticize him , you can constructively criticize by making a note 'No Offense To His Fans'.

Few simple suggestions -

#1 Rename the Report button to - "I am a SISSY ! Help Me" - all unnecessary complaints shall end.

#2 Its not possible to please everyone., it doesn't happen on land .. it won't happen here and its utter wasteful to expect anyhing out of any1. The easy way is to mark boundaries - and thats already in place. The appreciation threads shud be reserved for only the like-minded ppl. Rest of the forum should be free for all. If there's smthing that upsets any individual, dont visit that thread. Just as u said "dont like the show, dnt visit teh forum" , it shud be "dont like the topic, dont visit its thread".

#3 Rules shud be simple, unambiguous and uniformly applied. Foul language and overt insults shud be strictly prohibited. This is important so that there can be no misunderstanding regarding the rules.

#4 When a person is penalised or warned, then the mod sure be ready to punish all previous cases of the same offense. Usually it doesn't happen, mods tend to be lenient to the people they know - while one person is banned, others are let off with just a warning. Shudn't happen. Same rule for every1 everytime.

#5 There's a tendency that the person crying is assumed to be the vicitim, it isn't always like that. There shud be objectivity in the judgement, the warning shud be published in the related thread so that there's no doubt regarding the reason for ban or punishment.
