Hello Everyone,

Hope you're all doing great.

I have opened this topic to know your opinion about what is lacking in the section. Basically I need to know opinion on matters like these:

What should be allowed to members?
What do you think is going wrong from members side?
What do you think is going wrong on Dev Team side?

This is a very opinion-based post and everyone is welcome to post in this thread.

Let's see if we all can come upto a consensus on ZKJ forum rules.

No bashing allowed in this thread and no personal attacks on other members/actors and me.😃

What should be allowed to members? They should be able to express opinion, some criticism should be allowed but within limits
What do you think is going wrong from members side? Not considering how people will react to them, not realising sometimes their critcising can be bashing. Be more friendly to other people who aren't fan of same people or belong to a certain group. No bashing of other contestants in ATs.
What do you think is going wrong on Dev Team side? Need more DT members so they cna close threads ASAP. Your doing a good job though just it'd be much quikcer with more mods.

My two cents 😛

What should be allowed to members?

Discussion needs to be limited to only this show and its contestants. I have seen people discussing other actors/actresses repeatedly though they are no where related to this show.

Members should be allow to discuss anything and anyone related to this show but of course in respectful manner. Name calling, bitching, bashing, and digging into actors/actresses personal lives need to stop as it's not members business, and if we want peace in the forum.

Members need to stop passing silly and hurtful comments towards other members or contestants on the name of fun and joke.

What do you think is going wrong from members side?

Personal attacks, name calling, and misunderstanding have been happening around here and that has furious everyone ( I guess). Also, some members have been throwing unnecessary comments towards certain contestants and/or fan base to whom they don't like and have been testing fans tolerance.

What do you think is going wrong on Dev Team side?

Nothing as far as I see, but we definitely need more DT member.

oh dear! Personally i would have called the thread members suggestions............the word opinion in itself will open a big can of worms.........lets hope you have broad shoulders good luck and top tip ..........speak to mods of other forums for tips on how to keep a balance approach to moderating..........sarah from BB was fantastic....

Its a good move towards peace in the forum thats for sure........

sexually explicit, po*nographic

offensive to any religion, race or community

abusive language or Derogatory Expressions.

Some rules that can be enforced 😛

1. At forum there will be criticism of a celebrity who is there as himself or herself and the highly sensitive fans have to adapt to the real self of the celebrity. While we allow criticism but that doesnt mean derogatory, demeaning or obscene remarks or pics are being allowed, they are a strict NO.

2. No single fan group will try to dominate or create a ruckus on the forum. Tolerate and learn to respect others choices.

3. All multiple topics on same topic, like always will either be merged or closed as the case may be.

4. The show may have adult content but that does NOT give members the liberty to create their own perception of it or use it as an excuse to post licentious things.

5. If members have an issue with a post then report it and if its some issue then pm any of the DT. Arguing in the thread wont help as the differing sides will keep seeing wrong on the other side.

6. Please do not mock or make fun of anyone's writing styles, we are all learners and no one is perfect or esoteric in the language. Respect our differences and focus on the content.

7. ZKJ is a different show than the regular soaps/serials and hence dont guage the celebrities keeping in mind the characters they played.

8. Having a photo of a celeb in their DP, does not give anyone license to protect celeb everywhere and be their PR on this forum. Fans do NOT own any celebrity. Celebs are public figure and open to criticism by all.

Ans :- Fun discussions.. Healthy ones.. Constructive Criticisms.. No negative criticisms..

What do you think is going wrong from members side?

Ans :- Unnecessary comments on actor's past works.. Nasty and cheap tantrums in the name of having fun.. Derogatory remarks abt one's physique .. Mocking at Fangroups kinda randomly.. Mocking at the contestants instead of having healthy discussions and providing Constructive Criticism.. In a nutshell, lack of knowledge abt what 'Constructive Criticism' is 😃

What do you think is going wrong on Dev Team side?

Ans :- Nothing so far.. Wish other reality show Mods were like you instead of doing favorism to their 'Old' friendgroups 😃..

I have got a PM warning regards SRK post. Every one knows that he and KJ are very close and all the media talk about this. And SRK can make nasty jokes on national TV and if we discuss about this matter, his sensitive fans are getting hurt. If they like SRK and if they couldn't digest any negative criticism then this is my fault, i'll keep on talk when ever he goes towards nasty........

PS: I like him as an actor but I can't tolerate his nasty jokes.

Iss baat se yaad aaya..

I have seen members passing nastier comments on actors in open forum.. And the same members bash SRK for his nasty jokes..

This is like a cycle.. 😆
