I swear! Nimmo is actually a typical selfish saas putting on a goody goody face. She is also very egoistic, without having anything but some airy-fairy notion of family prestige to be egoistic about. She is only nice to Amrita coz Amrita is the typical docile obedient bahu devoted to her son & the family. The day Amrita shows an independent streak, Nimmo will show her real face. Unfortunately I am not sure the audience sees thru her yet.

Certain things are better left untouched. As such, I know there will be loads of hurdles for the two. For the drama, there is no need for Karan. He is happy in the frame!

This. I completely agree. I want to see how each character from the Sakhuja family react when Amrita thinks about herself; when the dynamics between Pritam, Amruta start to change. The family’s realness will be put through a test - will be an interesting watch.

I, for one, will be keen to know, why Amrita is staying with Sakhujas; more so, during this phase of her life, when most will be at their parents. If this will be shown or just assumed that in-laws is where the girl ends up, will b e worth a watch.

Absolutely! I guess most of us here feel the same about Nimmo. She's gonna flip once Amrita started having feelings for Pritam and she'll see Pritam as a competitor of her son. Plus buwa ji and fufa ji too will taunt her saying they had warned her about it which will make her all the more against PriAm.

And given how possessive she's of Karan, she would want to keep Karan's child to herself. Too much drama from her end awaits us.

I think only Nimmo will be against PriAm. Angad initially will be against it I suppose but then will join the team. Rest of the fam I think will be cool with it and would even want Amrita to move on in life.

Logical, yes. The worry is, one Nimmo is sufficient for all the drama and over-drama. And I read your comment about the child. Very much possible.

I am awaiting Amrita’s parents entry too. Hope they arent just guests for a day or two. I want to understand more on the dynamics. And as such, maybe just me but I am ever confused on if as a widow, the girl has an option to stay at her parents or just in-laws. Or is it jyst the ITV thing.

Yep Nimmo is indeed more than enough for all the drama and over drama🤣 I'd like to see her and Kabir dynamic be explored further. Clearly, she sees him as a nikamma and yep her comparison of her other child with Karan needs to be addressed in the show. I hope cvs do that.

Already the show has too many characters and if they start giving screentime to all, I'm afraid Pritam will again be reduced to a mere cameo Hope they cut on Meera fam scenes instead of Pritam or PriAms'

👏 Agree. Comparing the siblings is so detrimental and uncool parenting. Will be interesting to see this explored. But for now its all raat gayi baat gayi scenario. Her venomous words arent given a thought later. I still reel under the uncomfort i saw watching Kabir’s birthday day scene. Someone need to put their foot down to drill things into her head.

I understand the many characters already on. So yes not another set of parents. Maybe as i said it was my confusion on why Amrita is at her in-laws. That sounded alien to me. Just from where my thought process is based i guess; no right or wrong. Also, i wud like her parents as an emotional and moral support when she needs, instead of just falling off the radar.

The only reason why's being calm rn is coz Kabir got a job but even then she was more sad for Karan than happy for Kabir. I understand her situation but she never even tries to see Kabir as just Kabir. Kabir on the other hand understands her situation and doesn't even let it affect him. He outright even said ki banna bhi nahi hain tera karan ke jesa in that epi where they were discussing him getting a job finally although he said it in an understanding way and didn't mean wrong but I wish she had tried not to compare him with Kabir.

Yeah I guess it's different in different place.
