I am not getting good vibes with sudden change in Arush behaviour. He was so desperate to separate Mehrya. I think he was the reason behind Mehak's HIV+ result to keep Mehrya away .
He understood he cannot separate them and used Aarti as a tool to be around them and become friendly with them just to win their trust😲.
Only way to get Mehak back in his life is to get rid off Shaurya 😲. Either he must have plotted the accident or must have kidnapped Shaurya.
