Mehek was happy with Aarush. His constant profess of love was kinda nagging her yet she got used to his attention and tender feeling. With Shaurya she felt there is a spark (of course since he is hero and she is heroine). His daring nature, mad commitment to his sister, courage to punish her and above all pure nature attracted her to him. She started to see a saviour and slowly her lover though she was still kept captive.

So it was kanta chachi who witnessed when MehRya were intimate ..but when she sought to confront Mehak about her feelings...she dodged the topic successfully but on the other side Mehak doesn't leaves a chance to be intimate with Shaurya ...can't tell it's just lust ...
