So this update has come pretty soon and the next update will take quite a long time...no update for 2 weeks for sure. This one I think is long so no complaints this time. Enjoy and don't forget to temme how it was.

"Sonal please get a cup of tea for me. My head is really aching today." Said Kanta sitting on the sofa.
"Main bana doon Chachi?" (Shall I make it Chachi?)
It was a very familiar voice that Kanta heard after 5 long years. She turned around and saw Mahek standing on the door with smile on her face and tears in her eyes. Kanta stood up from the sofa extended her hand asking Mahek to give her a hug. Mahek ran and was in her arms in few seconds. They had a good cry. Sonal came out of the kitchen and was very happy to see her best friend back after so many years. She called everyone out and they all hugged Mahek by turns.
"Where's Nehal Chachi?" Mahek asked upon not finding Nehal.
"Laddoo. Paanch saal ho gye tujhe gye hue. Tu bhul gyi kya (it's been 5 years since you left. Have you forgotten)?" PD said with cheeky smile.
"She got married four years back." Sonal said happily.
There were little tears in her eyes hearing that. She wasn't there in her marriage. Perhaps she was going to bear the burden of this regret for life.
Everyone had little tears in their eyes today.
"Ma'am. I'll take your leave now." Nimmi said who was still standing at the door looking with a smile the happy reunion of her boss cum friend.
"Nimmi if you're comfortable you may stay here itself." Mahek said wiping her tears of joy.
"Haan beta. Why don't you stay here?" Kanta said.
"Okay. If you insist." Nimmi said.
"Anya beta where are you?" Vicky said entering the house and keeping his laptop bag on the couch.
"Mumma. Dad has come. I'm coming okay." Said little Anya to Nehal and ran.
"These two fathers for her's have spoiled her." Nehal said collecting the toys that were spread all over the room.
"Did you say anything about my Anya?" Shaurya said raising his eyebrows.
"No Jiju. I was just saying that you and Vicky have really given a lot of love to her." Nehal said.
"Hahahaha. Look at you Nehal. You're so scared." Shaurya said controlling his laughter.
"Jiju. I really hate you for this. Huh." Nehal said angrily.
"Mohit can I borrow your wife for a night?" Mahek said playfully looking at Sonal.
"Of course yaar Mahek. I was already telling her to spend a night with you. You all met after so long na. Best Friends need to talk a lot. Take her. Good night." Mohit said talking a towel to the bathroom for a shower.
"How did Nehal marry Vicky?" Mahek asked who was still not able to believe that Nehal got married to Vicky.
"You know how Shruti was. She left Vicky for another rich guy. And then, things grew and Shaurya brought the proposal." Sonal replied.
Mahek's heart skipped a beat on hearing his name. Sonal noticed that. "He's still waiting for you girl."
Tears once again started floating in her big orbs. "See I forgot to tell Nehal about you. Lemme call her." Sonal said getting up to reach her phone.
"No wait I'll meet her tomorrow myself." Mahek said holding Sonal's hand.
Kanta went in the Kitchen early morning to prepare tea for everyone when she saw Mahek making breakfast. A tear escaped her eyes that she quickly wiped before Mahek sees it. For so many years that kitchen was waiting for Mahek. Kanta was staring at Mahek thinking how time has passed and how things have changed.
"What happened Chachi?" Mahek asked bringing Kanta back from her thoughts.
"Nothing. I have just missed this smell from the kitchen." Kanta said coming forward to the kitchen table.
Everyone finished their breakfast except for Mahek. She wanted to have her breakfast with Nehal. "Chachi. I'm going to meet Nehal okay." Mahek said who was looking beautiful in her blue jumpsuit and diamond studs.
"Okay beta." Kanta said sipping in her tea again.
Ting tong.
"Awara uncle please open the door. I'll not get to the knob." Anya said cheekily.
"Sure baby." Awara said who was wiping the table.
He went to the door and was surprised to see the guest."Bhabhi."
Anya saw the guest and started shouting." Mumma. See Badi Maa has come. Mumma come fast." And she ran to hug Mahek. Mahek was very glad to see the little kid and lifted her and kissed her on cheeks.
Nehal came running out of the room and was surprised to see Mahek. "Di. When did you come." Saying so she hugged her.
"Just yesterday evening." Mahek said holding her tight.
