Also, I realised that I made two posts here without actually saying what I wanted to say 😆 So here goes:

Yes, both of these actors are a bit raw. But a lot of what we think of as good acting is actually good writing and good direction. Give the best actors in the world a bad situation and at best they can salvage it wherein you watch it for them. At worst, they are bad too. Give average actors wonderful situations and good lines (whether subtle or over the top depends on the tone of the show and the graph of the character) and see how they deliver.

Acting, writing and directing are all subjective, of course. So our idea of what is good acting or good writing will differ, and there will be no one way to do it. But I do think that constantly giving these two background songs and making them run around in the name of love is not doing them or the show any favours. Remember the winter episodes when he stayed at Sharma house? Its that sort of magic that needs to be recreated.

😆 @bold: no worries my friend! I'm sure other appreciate your comments on the post!!

@italics: Very true, we do have to take into consideration about the other parts of what makes the show. not what we see visibly in front of us (or on the screen😆 )

@underline: Right!! I completely agree. The acting felt different when Shaurya was at the Sharma's house. It brought us what we wanted, that beautiful, loving magic! I wish they don't force the actors/actress into the whole story without giving them justices to portray the character to what it should be or what we want it to be seen.

Don't get me wrong, I like the pace, but a little slower, I don't mind. You know let it sinking to our hearts!

Regarding romantic scenes only one name comes into mind i.e. SRK. 😳I am a big fan of his.

Really the episode was not well directed yesterday. Too rushed and KV is too conscious whenever there is physical proximity. He needs to get past that if this has to be a viable career option.

Somehow the magic was missing. Their earlier Agra or even bathtub scene was way more natural.

Maybe because it was too hot to shoot . Also does not the precap look like a scene from the classic Aradhana. 😆Hope the story does not follow the same route.

I agree that KV in general lacks depth in acting some romantic and emotional scenes but working at Taj in outdoor is not easy, I went to Taj in August and forgot my shades that day, it became impossible for me to keep my eyes open because of reflection from the marble and the sun, it's very hard to see Taj in sun without shades and these poor souls had to act for the whole scene there. Since our leads have been entertaining in all other scenes, let's ignore it as a technical mistake and enjoy Mehrya scenes...

Yes you are right. These things equally affect the output and the final quality of the episode. And yes am constantly hearing how unbearable the weather is in parts of India right now. Any outdoor shoot must have been very difficult!

Thank you for such a detailed response to my post 😊

Yes, even I would like the pace to slow down a bit right now, and for more moments to savour and remember when the villains come again, as they will.

Last night,I read few comments here that kv seemed little uncomfortable. I watched the episode again but I didn't feel that way. For me,they were comfortable with each other and I enjoyed mehrya scenes and that song.😊

I watched previous episodes many times but I never felt kv lacks in romantic scenes..😕😆 I think he definitely needs improvement in emotional scenes.
