A fairytale begins with a blast & a kiss.

After last night's epi, I feel MehRya's story is only beginning now, where all the fairy tales end.

Middle-class moti Mehak has been crowned, kissed and given a magic wand. And her obnoxious " rakshas" has been transformed to a Prince.

Shauriya left no stone unturned to make Mehak's girlish fantasies come true. In return, he just wanted to be swept into her magical world. What kind of world did Mehak dream of? A world with a kitchen and a Prince riding a dark horse.

When I saw a blindfolded Mehak,going where Shauriya led with total trust in him, I was worried for second, whether the CVs woul drop hints to the ominous twist ,but mercifully, Shaurie only led her to her magical kitchen.

TG, Mama has some sense of timing; he let Shauire get what he had been begging for months, his first kiss!I can hear him say, "This rakshas' jaan is in that cook".

Wonder whether Mama & Mami are aware of the seriousness of their crimes in their halt the marriage" mania?

The newly crowned Princess sees her world burn down and her newly minted Prince rescues all things precious to her from the blaze. How heroic! Left to her, the Princess/Fairy would've just stood there crying buckets, she needed the fearless Prince to take the lead to enter the fire.

BTW, I think the "naina thag lenga' song is meant for both of them, being deceived by their eyes and not seeing the evil behind the frequent accidents in their life. I'm only interpreting what was played and not the whole song.

@Nitya- Guess, the blindfolded couple being led to danger could be our darling MehRya.

The Sharmas are not going to look at open sky after their roof has burnt down and say "Stars" in joy. So, what kind of a world will replace the one her family had created?

One that smells of good food!

P.S-I'm still positive and believe they are moving to the main plot of a young house wife with magical cooking skills spreading happiness around her.

But This world Has Some Dark doors and Sillehoutes.Shaurya's love for her knows no bounds but He has alot baggage to deal with In terms of his Family and Past.

Shaurya will Realize that soon that mehek association with him is No good for her safety.What will the prince do then?Are we really gonna witness Prince giving up princess for her fairy tale?

But Is there anyone who wants this fairytale more than the prince?

@Yummy- Yes! Shaurie is the first ML who's so involved in his own wedding arrangements, going to the extent of applying peel off face mask & Mehak had to be forced to apply some lipstick. 😆

He did never let go of that dark red blindfold, nor even during the most intense & passionate moment. Dark red represents energy, strength, power, determination, passion, desire, love & wrath. I have rarely watched, if at all, red blindfold; it's almost always black.

Lastly, don't tell me that MS would leave her job and become an ideal housewife once married and will indulge herself in relationship counselling, kitchen politics & SBS saga. I can even somehow tolerate revenge drama, if I desperately try, but not this. And then what about SK's big lectures on women empowerment on so many occasions!!!

Q.1- We've had the Beauty & the beast discussion here for ages. I think the culmination of it will be when Mehak cries her heart out for Shauriya when he's having a NDE.

For now, assume the beat has been transformed to a handsome Prince by her pure love & magical kiss.

Q 2- Crown & Wand0 Maheks childhood fantasy was to be the fairy & the princess in all the stories she heard. Symbolically an empowered Princess with her own magic IMO.

The red blindfold is defo a prop, saw the BTS where Karan is holding it and getting briefed. Agree with what you said about energy & passion etc not sure about wrath now.

Mehak's job- the story is about a homemaker's journey thr' her culinary skills, i don't really care if she works or not.
I know quite a few Mehaks, simple women who are actually the power behind the thrones(not in manipulative way) and are happy cooking for their families and if someone wants to make a soap on them, more power to them.
Empowerment is not just about economic independence & having a career, i know quite a few working women who're slaves in many ways & home makers who make their own choices.If Mehak has the freedom of choice, that's good enough for me. i don't think it'll be typical Saas-Bahu crap, I 've that much confidence in ST.He has other vices.😆

Sims I was wondering if the Sharmas will move into SK's house on his invitation and insistence since their house is burned down, atleast till it is fixed.

Most PH cut down on atleast one set post wedding. Though here SK's house is an actual house not a set. Initially I used to think Mehek's house was also an actual house, now I am not so sure.

Regardless I do hope they continue showing the Sharma family post the wedding. Often the FL family is barely shown and all focus is on the ML family after the leads marry.

We are all scratching our heads about the choice of the song. Naina thug lenge. Could it mean they are lost in each other oblivious to the evil folks plotting? The eyes stole the other's heart? Literal translation😆

SK expressions in that scene could have been a mixture of anger that she put herself in danger for him, concern for the same reason, touched by her love for him!?

Dunno about the blindfold but holding the phone in your hand at such a passionate moment is absolutely ridiculous. This is one of my pet peeves anyway, FL and other characters too always carrying the phone with them in desi soaps.😡

I hope they get hosted in a Guest house/hotel. I don't like circus. Teh Sharamas have to have their own relatives too. May be the challenge will be for shauriya to rebuild the house before the wedding and sticking to earlier date.Liek race against time?
