in the urdu version before he tries kissing her he says 'kya tum mujhe thori si bhi mohabbat ke laiq nahi samjhti'?

in turkish he said 'cant you love me in the least'. which sounds similar to that.

he just wanted a kind of confirmation that she loves him as she wont say it tohim, he was just asking if she findshim worthy of saying i love you to.

he was not going to rape her,maybe steal a kiss while ask a burning question in his mind, he probably thought she would kiss him back to confirm she does love him but it backfired.

the kiss was a dumb idea. the slap was a reality check no one expected lol

Whoa! You guys had some pretty good discussion yesterday! :O I absolutely loved reading everyone's view, like the dummy says- Group study helps. 😳 I don't really need to write anything different coz most of you have written exactly what I feel! 😃Rest I'll be writing in the reviews about yesterday's episode. :)

@Vids- Yesterday's dummy guides were hilarious, like always! 😆 Loved the Johnny Johnny's new version 😆 Serdar putting in-law responsibilities to ideal parents and Musti Rogue Prententious cracked me up! 🤣

And I absolutely loved your post about Anise, it was just bang on! ⭐️

Yes, you are right. He was not going to turn into Erdo-Selim-Vural mode but just wanted and begged her to love him even if a little.

Actually, he needs her emotional support (not physical love) in these cicumstances which unfortunately FG isn't able to fully understand or provide.

When FG was in trauma, Kerim tried his best to support her emotionally and mentally. Wish FG would have done the same. She could do that without going out of her boundaries.

Furthermore, not telling Kerim about Mustafa's call regarding Turaner's letter and then again his call in the restaurant agitated an already emotionally hurt Kerim. What he said during his drunken state was showing his frustration and insecurity.

But thankfully, at least she told Mustafa not to make any further calls. This shows that she understood how his contact with him will affect her bonding with Kerim.

Hoping Farim to patch up really soon.

@Shruti I love your deep insights about every character and my favorite has to be Enise's post by you yesterday. 👏 You spoke up what I had in mind but wasn't able to write. Keep Posting.⭐️

I'll start with Kerim and his parents Farhettin and Enise. Its like I've guessed, two people who didn't even make an effort to make their marriage work and give a damn about the life, they created which was mostly under society's pressure.

For Farhettin, it was more like love at first sight with Enise who was already in love with someone whom her parents didn't consider appropriate. Classic case. Now who knows if Enise's parents concerns were positive? Maybe the man Enise loved wasn't a gentleman with a low financial status? Its easy to blame parents for everything but we tend to forget that they would only want the best for their child.

Like Vidya mentioned, maybe they lied to Farhettin at the time of their matrimony.

All of this is a big IF.

Enise, I get her condition, I get her state but at least she should've tried to give their marriage a chance if not for her husband then for the son she had. For me, nothing justifies a mother leaving her child alone in this world to face all ugly hard things, absolutely nothing.

If the almighty has blessed you with a child, live up to the responsibility as a mother rather than killing yourself for some rotten exflame of yours, who committed suicide just cuz he lacked courage.

Then Farhettin wasn't the best man either, he tried getting love from her like he mentioned but after being frustrated of being rejected by Enise he left for Australia and married again, Wow. What Logic! 👏👏

Without even thinking about his little son who might be waiting for him.

Both were so at fault in their own selves, so engrossed about thinking about themselves that no one even spared a thought about Kerim.

And after all of this, Kerim is bound to feel like his father that he forced FG in this relationship and she might end up being like his mother. I won't blame him for this cuz his mind is too eaten up by all the new revelations, his emotional side getting the better of him. I read that ppl on this thread said that he needs FG's love and support to which I agree, but then Gullie needs her own time to open up to him like a wife should.

We can already see that she is so comfortable around him that even being in the same room with him, that late at night with Kerim being drunk didn't make her nervous or stuff.

The whole drunk sequence was shot amazingly and I agree Kerim's dubbing artist needs an applause for last night! 👏👏👏

They indeed messed up the dubbing in the last. He said, "Main Tumhe Mehsoos Karna Chahta Hoon." when in reality it should be, "Kya Tum Mujhe Apne Pyaar Ke Bilqul Bhi Kaabil Nahi Samajhti?" Or something like that would've made sense.

But chill guys, Kerim didn't appear in the wrong light at all at least for me.

Gullie's slap to him was a reality check much needed. This whole Mustafa thing is really clouding his mind and maybe he wouldn't have forced himself on her and would've just kissed her but no man be it husband, boyfriend, fiancee or other has the right to force himself on any woman.

Intimacy is something that should be beautiful and with consent between two married people for me, atleast.

Vidya, for the EFffect every DAMN expression of drunk Kerim demanding of love from his wife reminded me of the drunk Rohail in Ashk, demanding his share of love from Zaibu in that infamous pinning to the wall scene.

Every Expression, Those eyes, that clenching of facial muscles were so nostalgic.

Watching them is such a deja vu! ❤️

Erdogan and his infamous flirting+proposal to Dr. Nil 😆😆 I liked how she gave him a befitting reply so as to not being interested in him.

And what was that, "Humari Shaadi Zarur Hogi?" from Erdogan? 🤣

It made me crack up at his overconfidence and stupidity though Dr. Nil did seem impressed by that! 😆

Kerim's indifferent behavior to everyone is bit hurting to watch spcly for Meriyam, I do hope he's back to his normal self rather than being so impulsive.

The only positive thing coming out from the whole suicide scenario of Turaner has to be his statement against Yasrans which is helping the case to turn in Gullie's favor.

Mustafa is such a pig, who needs every small opportunity to stick to FG. Yeh Marr Kyun Nahi Jaata? 😡 I loved how Gullie snaps at him.

It took days maybe weeks for Kerim to reach this breaking point. Gullie's attempts were like applying same solution to every problem.

Kerim is caught in a mirage of past & present. The lucidity of the drunkard was not false alarm.
And did he crave for a hug...holding to the wooden pillar for some support?
Agree there was sexual tension in that epic sequence.
The moment he puts her in the wife zone, there is visible discomfort for Gullie. This worked overtime with her senses &hence a push back for that forced hug/kiss.
Kerim is aware of the stupor talk...cuz he peeps into a mirror to check himself.
Wobbling into her room was begging himself to be given that place in her sanctum, finally the forced hug/kiss was desperation on being rejected by loved ones, job, et al.
Dummy moment : Sazaa bina galati ke. Yup both are not at fault. The equation is balanced with that force hug &slap.
This wake up call was much needed for both. All we need is a gile shikwe session.

Dummy's Gyan : Isnt it strange that we are exactly mid way into the drama, suddenly seems like some one hit a reset button. Over attachment ki sazaa?
