Remorse of Mustafa v/s Remorse of Vural

Its different...but both comitted crime.
For analogies (again demo like Rancho)...
We are all familiar with Aseop's stories- a sheperd boy who cried wolf!
Musti called wolf, wolf many times since the.rape fiasco...&ended up getting all the aid & attention. However it was all pretentious...that we got sick by this.
Now when he cries wolf...help...as viewers we dont have an iota of sympathy to him. Perhaps if he had called it now...it would have more impact.

Now Vural as he summarized in his &imaginary.FG convo...never had harmed anyone, wished good for everyone & still got stuck in the crime. He too cried wolf wolf...many times...but was not heard to get help...aid.
Alas!It just reached viewers.

@Aashi- I totally agree..vural and mustafa's nightmares, their fear of prison, they are all very similar. Still we sometimes feel sorry for Vural bt not Mustafa. I believe the reason lies in the aftermath of the rape. It broke down Vural, he quite literally lost his mind as well as soul. He was never the same as before. He drowned in the regret and guilt of his crimes. But when Musti foubd out the truth, he blackmailed Yasrans and made money off of FGs plight and misery. This is one thing I can never forgive. Vural was a total stranger but Mustafa was the love of her life. Even after finding out the truth he followed Yasrans like an obedient little puppy.

He used the rape as a means to flourish and gather riches. I can never sympathise with him!

@Defleppard Really that call getting cut reminded of good old PCO booths...Kerim was using warden's mobile phone na ... Warden ka talk time khatam ho gaya hoga..😆.

As u n @Whiterose said may be they would ve showed Vural as totally losing his mind n in rehab or changed him into total Kameena like yasarans ...though possibilty of latter was less as after that incident he was shown emotionally weak n guilty...
But what I was wondering was that how FG n Kerim story would have taken further ... I mean if Vural was not killed than Kerim would not have gone to jail...there would be no seperation...This seperation has helped alot to show the progress in their relation more so from FG side... This distance has made her realise the importance n value of Kerim in her life... may be maker would ve shown seperation with some other reason... Also Mustafa not being killer would have affected their story too. Ferim's destination would be the same but their journey n path would have been different 😳...

Loved ur post on Remorse on Vural/Mustafa.
Sometimes I feel makers try really hard to make us feel bad for Mustafa. The way he was shown going to vural's grave n all his crying... i think they wanted to show us that he too has human emotions. But after what all he has done I feel only contempt for this character. His rona dhona n guilt does not work at all. What is worst is he always try to put blame on others... sometimes when he himself has done that mistake/crime. I cant imagine how a person can do that... saving ur ass is something different but knowingly putting blame on other is completely disgusting.

I so agree with u.

Mustafa not supporting FG after that incident n leaving her was understadable. Everyone is not that courageous and brave. But trying to advantage of her disaster was really disguisting. Normal person may/may not support rape victim but he would never try to take advantage of it. N when he got to know truth what he did he came to yasaran to grab more🤢

Starting with Meriyam And Ilgaz Sr, I guess both of them are balanced in their povs. Neither too wrong or too righteous.

I still dunno the reason why Ilgaz Sr didn't even look back at his innocent son after he left Izmir even after hearing about his wife's death? That doesn't justifies whatever reasons he had.

Meriyam Abla breaking down the way she did before Gullie made me think that the letter indeed has something that would change Kerim's hatred towards his father to a great extent. But I can also understand why she hid it from him. It can be too heartbreaking for a child to think that none of his parents love him.

Muqaddas is such a pathetic woman, taunting and teasing Meriyam and Kadir with that perviness.😡

Finally unable to handle, Kadir took leave from the dinner table and whenever she is questioned about her antics, I hate that hue and cry she makes about being targeted!

But I was hell shocked on Gullie's reaction. 😕 I mean what good would they get in not bringing out the truth and let things remain this way? Thank god, I found out on this thread that it was an translation error.

It was such happiness to see Kerim all smiles and hopeful for his release and somewhere I did feel bad for Ilgaz Sr when Kerim refused to meet him straight on face, he is a father after all.

Omer And Kadir seem to be getting mashed in all the Ilgaz scenario, like Saher mentioned.😆😆

And our suspicions are confirmed, the man indeed does work for Munir and Kerim needs to stay away from him.

Haan Jee! Finally Mustafa, the Pig confesses his crime about Vural to Hacer! 😡 I felt like dunking Domex in his mouth along with bleaching powder when he was babbling all the crap about not killing Vural intentionally. 😡

He did, period! Cuz I watched that scene like 4 Times! That pig could use that weapon against Hacer who is no officially dumb beyond repair!

And even after all this shit, she decides to marry him she'll be the dumbest woman on earth.🥱

It's so exhausting to watch her working her brains and then again getting fused!

Leman Semsi are the ones whom I sympathize with these days more cuz its so sad to see them crying over the loss of their only son, spcly Leman when she asked Hacer about what all Vural talked to her, and did he ever mention that he loved her? I was so sad at the part where she was crying that she was his mother and no one can ever love him more than her.

Mustafa! You rotten pig! It was so scheming of him to instigate Semsi Leman against the Yasrans.😡

Its like Saher pointed that easing out your guilt doesn't means living life king size in the day, stalking ppl and poisoning their minds while cry in your girlfriend's lap in the night! His whole guilty thing was so pathetic.

Again a Tamasha at Yasrans House! 🤣

I totally loved how a drunk Risat lashed out at Munir and Perihan's slap was so Navratri Special. 😆😆😆

If Vural was alive...
1.The story of KF would have moved forward. Ketim surrendering to police was THE milestone. They would have taken time to break old walls of mis trust, ambiguity etc...build a new saga brick.by brick.
2.FG would have got busy with studies, Cafe...erc. Her hands was already full. She was slipping from friendzone to comfortzone by the end of trial. Remember that hug&kiss after initial verdict.*remembers chocolate again*
3.Kerim would have find better jobs to support family etc. Kadir would have given references etc. But he is Atlas:-)
4.Musti...would have continued to be a honey trap jumping from garden to garden...err camps of rich & famous. Husn hai suhana...ishq tera deewana...coolie no.1. Lol
5.Since there is a transformation ...in his character, even without Vural's death he would done a Mardi gras parade, acted St.Musti &brought tensions to KF.
6.This death infact is a setback.for Musti.

Never trust a person who always claims to be a victim of circumstances. Like Mustafa😆

1. I never would have left FG but Mommy Daddy forced me to. And I am such a good son. How do you expect me to disobey Matashri & Pitashri?😲 So I left her for them.

2. I never meant to work for the Yasarans. But I could not live in Ildir after what happened because my fiancee ditched me. And a person needs money to live. So what is wrong if I work for the Yasarans whom everyone in my village calls a thief but so what my circumstances are such that I do not have much of a choice.

3. I did not mean to shoot Selim. But the gun fired & he did not move in time. What am I to do? Go to jail for it? He did rape the love of my life!

4. I did not mean to grow rich on the Yasaran's money but I am doing them a huge favour my not turning them in to the police & well if you got it, flaunt it baby😎

5. I didnt mean to force Aasu to kill the baby but who uses contraceptives in this day? And who takes responsibility of the child of his mistress? Had I been in a better situation I would have made Aasu a wonderful husband & our kid a wonderful father😳

6. I did not mean to scare FG by stalking her. But I want to kill her for being happy without me & with Kerim. I mean her no harm but still what am I to do if not stalk her?😲

7. I did not mean to sleep with Meltem but then the Yasaran's were bankrupt & I needed money & she was Selim's ex wife & a very rich woman in her own right. She just fell into my lap, literally & figuratively 😎 What is a man to do?

8. I did not mean to kill Vural. But I had a rock handy & he just fell. And he did rape FG, my beloved. Had he been a decent person, had it not been night, had I not been angry, had I not seen Kerim fight with Vural I would have taken him to the hospital for sure.

9. I did not mean to put the blame of Vural's death on Yasarans. But under extreme stress some loose control over their bladder, some over their tongues.

See a pattern here?😳 It is never his fault. Hamesha haalat hi galat hote hai More will be added to the list as he continues to be victimized by circumstances

Vural being alive would have affected so many things😳

Actually they might still have had the confrontation at the crime scene, first between Vural - Kerim & then between Vural - Mustafa & maybe instead of ending up dead he ends up paralyzed or comatose. Hacer would still pass from there (after Mustafa leaves this time) & maybe take him to the hospital. Kerim would still be jailed but not for murder, so would get off on bail easier I suppose. The best thing out of this could have been that Mustafa's screen space would have been a little less. Maybe he could have run away from Istanbul & lived in constant fear of Vural waking up & naming him & hence even tried to murder him in the hospital. Kahani poori filmy banti but acchi banti because less Mustafa, more Vural Maybe we could have had a nice Vural X Hacer angle too (yes I prefer her with a rapist than with Mustafa) where she is nursing him back to health & at the same time giving him the courage to admit his crimes & accept his punishment instead of running away from it. And as Vural lies rotting in his own shit even as his friends party away he finally realizes that there is no way around this hell. He has to go through it so that he can finally move on with his life.

I would not want FG to win the case SOLELY because Vural confessed. But instead of seeing the story of an obsessed lover in the form of Mustafa I would have definitely preferred to see the story of a rape victim & a rapist as they move on in life, all in the same show. Because no matter how much ever all women want every rapist to die a painful death in real life it doesnt happen. They too live, most of the times they live a better life than the victim & if anyone deserved to have some semblance of normalcy restored to his life out of the three, it was Vural

@Shruti- That is exactly like AAA's "galti se mistake ho gaya!" of Mustafa. Fantastically written post! 👏👏 I mean I can't even hate this character and I'm short of words to describe how much I loathe him. 😵

Since day one I've been saying that he is worse than the rapists because he could have been a strong ray of hope for Fatmagul instead of turning his back on her and even making money out of her plight. 👎🏼 His way of becoming wealthy by making Fatma's plight the reason is the major reason why I started hating him to the core.

Regarding the discussion about him and Vural, it is obvious why we tend to sympathize with the latter. First of all like you guys mentioned, I don't believe if Mustafa is even guilty. Every time he makes that crying face I feel like punching his face bad. Secondly, like mentioned by Vids, he has cried wolf so many times that now not for once I can look at him sympathetically! 😵

Not to forget, Vural was in no way related to Fatmagul, yet there were times when he appeared more concerned for her than Mustafa. He even used to question to himself about why he ruined a girl's life. But Mustafa never tried to dig deep and know the truth. And even when he came to know the truth, he did nothing but make his own fortune out and live life Risat size!

Now like Shanaya said, I feel like dunking domex into his mouth whenever he claims how he became the victim in this scenario. 🤬

About Vural's death, it could have been a possibility that Mustafa didn't kill him intentionally, but every time I see that calm expression on his face after he saw Vural dead, I can't accept that he accidentally killed him. Like mentioned by Shanaya, it was so obvious that it happened intentionally with the way Musti was walking towards Vural and picked up that rock to hit him.

And yeah, that scream of Vural. It seemed as if even he also knew that his end has come!
