The original dialogues of the proposal scene:

K: FG will you marry me? Fatmagul?!!

K: I am sorry. I didn't mean to upset you. I thought that...

F: I know. Its not you. Its me.

K: No!

F: You think, "We're married anyway...She held my hand, too. She touched me.

K: No. You are wrong on that. It is for a new beginning.

F: A wedding dress doesn't mean the same thing to me as it does to other girls.

K: I know

F: You laid my whole life out in front of me now. Everything I wanted to forget.

K: Fatamgul...

F: White...white reminds me of how impure I am

K: No! Look at me please!

K: Let us make a new beginning & let it be a nice memory in our minds

K: OK! Not now. But one day you should definitely wear that dress...to be able to leave everything behind.

F: Wish everything could be left behind.

K: We will leave everything behind Fatmagul. If you wish that, if you help me... we, together, will leave behind the memories that makes us.

F: I want to. I want to very much!

She begins sobbing profusely & he envelops her in a nice tight hug😭

Agree. That was beyond ridiculous imo. What kind of translation was that. In the original she had jokingly referred to a song abt 'yogurt' as she was keeping yogurt in the fridge at that moment and they translated that into chamma chamma 🥱 lol. Bizarre!!
