Suprisingly, I havent been that active in ZGH AT. But have been reading the disscussions. And Its amazing how The Craze for ZaShaf and ZGH is still on right from its first run in India. I still remember its first glimpse and the newspaper advertisement saying, "Sarhad Paar Se Do Dilon Ki Dastaan!" And an oil-painting of Fawad-Sanam was attached to it. And TBH, Zindagi didnt even promote it on a large scale. I remember myself just switching channels to catch a glimpse of it and then got cumpletly hooked to it! I remember myself getting addicted to Fawad! I remember myself falling in awe wid the powerful actress, Sanam Saeed! ZGH has always been more than a series for me! Its an inspiration and a support for me. And whateva may be, Im a fan of Fawad Khan and love all his works but Im a little partial towards ZGH. Zaroon will always be much much closer to my heart than any other character of his. And ZGH will always be one of my favorite series of Zindagi no matter how many dramas cum and go. Hopeless Adddiction

Saw the library scene again in some creation and it got me thinking that was it right on Zaroon's part to raise his hand against Kashaf.Yes he didn't her but tried to.Howsoever, disrespectful or insulting it was but does Zaroon's gesture have any plausible explanations to be given a pass?

I am not condoning Zaroon's behaviour and he was absolutely wrong, but I suppose when Kashaf brought up his lack of proper upbringing, it hit a sore spot and was too much for him and it was an instinctive reaction to strike her. Also Zaroon himself felt tht some important values were overlooked in his upbringing and to hear it from Kashaf was I guess too much for him to digest.😆

According To Me, It isnt at all right for a guy to raise a hand on a woman whateva the situation may be! But in the novel, Zaroon does slap Kashaf. And considering it was Zaroon's fault. His Khayalat abt Middle Class Girls and Kashaf was really disgusting. So If he cud raise a question on her class then Kashaf did the right thing by questioning his values. Any other gurl, Even if I wud have done the same thing. But given the fact, Zaroon had sum flaws in himself and was unhappy wid his mother and her values. So Kashaf touched his raw nerve by questioning his values. Plus also he cudnt digest the fact that any woman has the audacity to confront him and question his values. Direct Blow To His Ego!!

When he asks Kashaf for her no. and then she's like "Zero"😆😆,the look on Zaroon's face!🤣 It's asif he's thinking "Ye nahi badli"😆
Nd I still find that monologue which comes a bit later hilarious "Dimag ab bhi kharab hai iska ya shayad pehle se zada ho gaya hai'🤣
Umera seems to have a good sense of humor😆

Crazy we are sort of,people watch the show discuss it and then its done with or good shows remain in the memory.
I wonder had it not been for ZGH,this forum wouldn't have been the same.😉

Whatever it is...he was mighty impressed with the strong and confident woman Kashaf had metamorphosized into from the rude and annoying girl he knew in college...and he fell head over heels in love with her. Men have a mother fixation and Zaroon despite his disliking Ghazala's ways had one too. He fell for another strong and confident career woman like his mom.
