The first epi was a bit slow, but it set the tone for what is to follow. Though they haven't shown Saba yet, but from the first epi itself, they hv established that she was a strong presence not only in Afreen's life, but in the lives of her other relatives, who though had not been in touch with her for a long time and din't even know her whereabouts, I suppose, were very much affected by the news of her demise.

Yes, the first episode was slow but a really important one for the future story. Now the pace of the drama will kickstart.. the reality of all these relatives will be revealed soon in the upcoming episodes.

The OST is haunting.. It makes me so emotional whenever i hear it..
It means my existence is like a jot. In simple terms, it means my being/existence is next to nothing,

Thumbs up to this show. There is beauty in sadness.
And Faisal Qureshi detested him in every other show I watched of his. But he is arguably the best on the this show. Specially in the non-flashback scenes. He has played the character of an old man very well.

P.S : faisal has an inbuilt shahrukh khan copying mechanism I think. A lot of his mannerisms seem SRK like. Nevertheless, the man is good in the show.

P.P.S: why did they change such a beautiful title. Dont know what it means, but it still sounds very nice. Kaisi ye qayamat reminds me of the kekta K shows phase.

Yes true that. It is such an emotional and heart toiching show.. Keep watching! It is going to get better
I fell in love with faysal after this show.. They are also going to show the past when he was younga and he was equally good as the young guy as he is as an old man..

Really? Shahrukh Khan? Nahh.. I don't think so..He romances very well and SRK is good with romance, thats the only similarity for me, their romancing styles. I have seen almost all his shows. I am a huge fan of Faysal and I also like SRK.. 😆
Faysal's eyes speaks volumes.. When he romances I am totally lost 😆

no on the contrary,I was talking about other scenes. The way he cries,it seems a lot like he copies Shahrukh 😆 I love shahrukh!

Faisal is good in this show. Didnt like him in tere ishq mein.

BTW the host is fab. Rahat fateh ali khan right?

I could not wait so I watched the entire show. I saw that people wrote under youtube vidios that FAK could act better. But I am really liking Faisal Qureshi as Arfeen. His eyes speaks his pain, repentance, guilt everything. I cannot imagine anyone other than Faisal and Samiya Mumtaz in the role of Arfeen & Saba. Saba is just awesome. Such characters truely deserve respect. Amazing creation of Umera Ahmed.

Woah! How did you manage to watch it so quickly? 😲
Yes, nobody could play the role of Saba and Arfeen except Faysal and Samiya..
This is one of the first hits of Umera Anmed way before ZGH,p. And it was a pure blockbuster
