I'm just speechless after watching this masterpiece! There are probably no words by which I could express how much I loved Kaisi Ye Qayamat. You know the moral which you get to learn from this show can change your perception towards life. This is so far the BEST show I've watched. And I seriously mean than. 😳
What an acting by Samiya Mumtaz & Samina Peerzada. I especially loved Saba's characterization, like for instance she never lost her faith in Allah even after being accused by Shakeela for something which she never even thought of doing, or whether after Amin divorced her. She kept a positive mind till her last breathe and this is exactly what we all should have.
Also, no person can lead a peaceful life after ruining an innocent's life. This is what happened with Arfeen's mother and she did deserve those. Saba, who had nothing except faith in God, embraced a peaceful death.
Lastly, forgiving someone will bring you peace of mind. Saba forgave everyone, every deed, and taught her daughter the same. I loved the scene in last episode where she explains Sara that taking revenge will make her no less than the person who has committed something wrong.
They said that one will never wish of having a destiny like that of Saba's but I'll surely like to have that positiveness & forgiving-nature of hers.
I would strongly recommend this drama to the ones who haven't watched it yet. Excellent it is. ⭐️
P.S- Forgot to mention the OST. I found it okay in the beginning, but as the lines were played in the background during particular scenes, I just couldn't help but download the song and now it plays on loop in my phone! A soulful song with heart-wrenching lyrics.
"Magar ek pal hai ummeed ka, hai mujhe Khuda ka jo aasra... Na hi maine koi gila kiya... Na hi maine di hain duhaiyaan..."
"Meri zaat zarra-e-benishaan... Meri zaat zarra-e-benishaan..."
