Ali Zaidi @alizaidi2002

One thing that is TRUE about Fawad Khan is he keeps good secrets. He doesn't tell anyone about any song or film he does until its done. :)

- And you clearly don't abide by those rules do you? 🤢

@Sana - Who is this person? Always fueling rumors.

IMO Zaroon was full of himself in the sense he felt he was good looking, charming and intelligent to boot. In other words he was irresistable to anyone esp the ladies. He moved around in the circles where probably his kind of money and status was common so he didnt think it was a big deal. He never realized he ever made Kashaf conscious of the class differences between them. The class difference was more on Kashaf's mind...even after marriage she was hesitant to let him see the kind of prpblems she faced. But when handled stuff like no water, no electricity with his usual happy go lucky style then she was at ease with him till she overheard his mom.

Zaroon had one very good quality too, he apart from making Kashaf understand the complex situations, he always used to succeed in putting his mother or sara also in place whenever he felt they were wrong, in a more subtle way, not by begging or manipulating them, but by having a good debate. He definitey was a very strong headed man, who was sorted, he knew his mother is not bad, but still she had faults in her parenting, and he used to tell it on her face, and never felt guilty about it. No just imagine Asher in that condition, he would die 1000 deaths of guilt and later go and wash his parents feet. Thats the difference between WHITE and GREY i guess, and in ZGH both kashaf and zaroon were kinda grey chars.
Zaroon obviously charmed me more, as i am not so much into feminism, and neither i like chavinistic and glorified males, but Zaroon as he says was one of his kind, and i really do not find him chauvinistic, atleast to not that extent which others believe that he is, and whatever considerations he had was ONLY because he was sensitive to the kind of feminism his mother and sara practiced and kind of made a mess of their own lives. And again Kashaf was a feminist too, but the fact that zaroon knew she was one hard core feminist and still falling for her shows, he was anything but chauvinistic.

Very true about both points. I liked how Zaroon handled the saas-bahu friction. Never let it get out of hand. To Sara...he said what he did for her own good. To be fair to Ghazala she was herself a very fair woman. Realized her misses and tried to rectify them. Also appreciated Kashaf whole heartedly later for the way she handled her life.
I think Zaroon's family felt he was chauvinistic and would have problems in his marital life due to the person what Junaid was and also because of his breakup with Asmara. Zaroon himself was also apprehensive about the same. But I think with age and experience he was mature enough to handle his problems albeit with a little guidance from Junaid/Abrar.
