Heartbreaking episode. The whole blend of the torn present and the beautiful past had me in tears. Both Ashar and Khirad broken and helpless at the sudden turmoil in their lives, recalling the good old days and how wonderful everything was- it was a tearful ride down the memory lane. 😭

Also, in that whole past-present sequence, the key player was, again, that absolutely amazing OST. The lyrics, each and every syllable of it, echoed the story perfectly.

Especially when it plays: "Bicharne wale me sab kuch tha, bewafaai na thi."

The scene(s) would not have the same effect had it not been for that background score. 👏

Mahira was good today as well. I loved her in the scene where she is talking to the truck guy, not being able to manage words out of her mouth. My heart felt again for Khirad today. The last scenes, where she talks about her being mercilessly thrown out of the house- some heartbreaking dialogues there. I can't quote as the Urdu words I can't remember, but I just wanted to go and tell her that your shauhar loves you please go back to him. 😕😭

As expected, great work by Fawad Khan today. His shots on the beach, his bloodshot eyes, his clenched jaws- just perfect. The car scene too, where he screeched at the top of his voice, finally venting out his agony and breaking the silence was brilliantly done. My eyes were welled up and yet I could not blink, I was so fixated with his amazing acting. 👏

When Ashar returned home, and asked for Khirad, that said so much about the character.

"Main uske mooh se sach sunna chahta hoon" showed that he did believe in the integrity of his wife's character. His telling Farida not to come between Khirad and him too showed that he wasn't behaving like a Mamma's boy and was ready to give his wife the opportunity of explanation and the benefit of doubt. But man, wasn't he late? 😡 I mean I understand him getting away to calm down and reason with his thoughts but the whole bloody night? Naw! 😡😡😭

Again, amazing piece of acting by Fawad in that particular scene. Especially the last shot, where he pushes away Fairda's hand, it just pierced me. This man has taken on sad scenes as brilliantly, or maybe even better, as his forte, romance. 👏👏

But a few glitches here. WHERE THE HELL WAS ASHAR ALL NIGHT?! In his defense, he had no idea that his mother would throw out his wife, but still. When he entered the house, I was like, "Kahaan the aap ab tak?" 😕😕

And WHY did Khirad go back to Hyderabad? True that she was devastated at her character being questioned, but till she was in the house she had intelligently maintained that she won't go away without having a word with Ashar. Then why couldn't she just linger around in the same city itself? Why go back all the way to Hyderabad?! 😕😕 Didn't she think that Ashar may not get the letter or his mother may cook up some tale against her?

Talking about that, I get Ashar. No man will doubt his mother. Not even in his wildest dreams would he have thought that his mother would be such a B****. 😡

And Zarina?! I am so disappointed in her. 😡 Up until now, I liked her. The way she knocked sense into Sara, though in vain, was good to watch. One sensible woman, huh. But no! She too is blinded in her daughter's love!

Khizar. He is downright dumb. And he wears the dumbest smile while talking to Sara LOL. Doesn't he see that by kepping Ashar away from Khirad, he is giving Sara, his beloved girl, a chance to rekindle with Ashar? DUMB PERSON. 😡

And oh the precap. 😭

"Khirad Ehsaan mere liye mar chuki hai." That gave me chills. "I'll kill her." (No you won't.) 😭

The iciness in his voice ensured that he is so much in love, and there is no worse pain than the pain of love. 😭

And I just know he WON'T talk to her. I think he has bought the divorce thing and would not want to communicate with her lest she asks for a divorce. Anyway, will talk about that when the episode airs. 😕

Farida? I have no words for that woman. All the diction made for hatred and awfulness fall short for her. 😡

n Fawad acting in today;s episode was simply mindblowing!!

todays episode just took my breath away!! honestly, i havent seen anyone emote so naturally in last many years!!

I have generally scene that crying scenes get boring and OTT. Often actors fail and let down some high voltage scenes due to poor emoting skills. But both Fawad and Mahira have taken the sad scenes of HS to a different level altogether. I could not take off my eyes for one nanosecond, I was glued. Hats off to them!

Some more about Fawad, I will be partial, because this guy has me head over heels. I got hooked to him for his good looks, but now, I am a pround fan and could vow by his acting skills. He is known to be a pro-romantic, lover boy being his forte. But hello, this man can do everything. The last three episodes of HS have just showcased FK's amazing versatility!

But yes, I even get her going back to Hyderabad. But Ashar! I am all in his defense but where the hell was he all night?! I get him being devastated and all but the delay of his senses coming back to place just put me off. 😕😭
