Yes he was always hungry for some approval from his mom for his child. He clung to Hareem as his only source of happiness and wanted his mom to be happy with her too.
Btw I guess the blood group 'proof' was enough for him to know that Hareem is his daughter. And meeting her sealed the deal.

The two scenes you mentioned, my absoulte favs. He enacted it to the T. First one with that vpice modulation and body language. Second one with some perfect mannerisms and body language. The little detailing shivering, not abling to afjust yhe specs, wiping the tears, he needed solace from his mother as a relieved father. Was he perfect or was he perfect.
