Its not that India lacks in creativity,writers,directors or actor(well actors are present in dearth with every other person wanting to be one) but due to increased no. of channel,the competition has increased manifolds.So everyone is in a rat race to overtake others and in result the creativity and good writing is compromised.
Though I had not been much into shows in DD days(because i was very young at that time,use to watch kids shows and cartoons) but from what I have heard and seen they use to air stories with a substance.So I think its time we move back to that era where story was the HERO and not illogical drama and romance.

Yes I think d biggest bane of Indian soaps is dat though dey start of well wid proper storyline, dey just can't sustain it nd also everything from the sets, to the clothes/ jewellery to the acting, to the extent of d soap is OTT.

It's time to go back to d good 'ol DD days and get the basic right once more.😆

So true nd dat's also Y dey aired ZGH again, just a mnth after it ended. Also I had watched d OST of Mera Naseeb once on Zindagi and also dey r keeping on hinting abt Humsafar, but once dey started airing ZGH again, I haven't seen d promos of MN nd neither Humsafar. Dey r just using d popularity of d stars to tease the audience.

Guess des 2 shows will now air only after ZGH gets over, as Fawad is popular widout any doubt nd amongst the females it's Sanam Saeed who has become most popular amongst Zindagi audiences.

Right!! 😆 It wont be wrong to state that Fawad is the USP of Zindagi. Lyk Amitabh Bacchan is For Sony And Salman Khan for Colors..😆😆

Although I like Fawad as an actor a lot and his personality too,I don't know why he's been overtly promoted .(Again not that I am against it)But I believe Pakistani shows are much beyond this.Like people here have suggested so many good shows so why don't they show that along with the good shows of Fawad(I too am waiting for his shows) but I think over exposure of him would kind of become monotonous for the audiences.
So in short I just want to say that they should show some nice,refreshing and strong content overall among the Pakistani shows and should not rely on one single person.
Here I would like to mention that I had written to Zindagi for airing Dhoop Kinare(though I know it aired on DD)but for younger audiences and people like me who missed it,to which they replied they would send it to broadcasting team.

Dear intelligent woman, Fawad Khan is their source of income now. It is people like us who think that these shows are a breath of fresh air, most others are just seeing em to check out foreign hot properties like Fawad Khan, Sheheryar Munawar Siddiqui, Noor Hassan and their lot. The channels are giving people what they want. 🤡

OK dont get me wrong...I dont have any issues with Zindagi hyping Fawad...I love it actually. But yes I wish they also promoted the fact that Behad is written by the writer of ZGH.

Its very amusing to see that when Saba Qamar, Aamina Sheikh who played sisters in maat are getting importance too as channel is going to air their two shows in near future, never get questioned. Its funny when peopke do not have problems when the show of Adnan Siddiqui, the male lead of maat getting his two shows airing simultaneously on channel. Its interesting to see how all cast members are extensively interviewed by indian print media, sanam saeed getting highly praised when zindagi first airs her show while certain Mr Fawad khan chooses to keep mum all along until he is here for his next impending movie release. Saying he is overhyped by the channel
And all others are getting ignored make me belief that its nothing but a side effect of being a star for Fawad. Occupational hazzard of being cynosure of masses in such a short period of time.

I do agree that zindagi is Fawad obcessed but they are not interested in showing good content and mainly focused on single person is over statement imo. They are surely showing variety of contenttandif Fk is getting this much importance because he has the highest visibilty here right now as he is debuting in bollywood and media is covering him too. Finally its business and revenues for the channel, and they know Fawad sells like a good quality product so, it must be their syrategy to use him. Its beneficial for them.
Having said that, I will hope and pray that zindagi never shows any Fawad show in near future and spare the torture to the people who are getting fatigued by him. People can tweet, message the channel too.

@shreya, I know you never meant what you wrote, but its sad that Fk will be discussed as hyped one fr that here and as a biased fan its disappointing to read that about your fav. I guess many people think he is not worrth that hype, fair enough , their opinions I suppose.

Its not channel fault because people only want to know about Fawad n I think he is face of Zindagi Channel and happy to see that talented actor is getting recognition n I wish rest of Pak actors like Sanam Saeed n others too get their due fame like Fawad.
