karthik literally just questioned himself as to why he felt pulled towards Survi, which means of course that he basically admits that he's starting to feel an attraction! I'm not sure if he walked towards her with any purpose or not, but it was cute anyway😳😳

Besides, It's a relief to see him question something other about Survi than her dhokha.😆
