Another thing - I know promised to look after tai in everyway but how come he trusts her blindly? Did she do anything to win his trust or this is a carryover effect from his loyalty to Bhau?And if he really thinks Survi was such a psycho at 14 that she can push someone off the roof, he needs to keep her away from everyone he cares about even a bit. For all he knows, she could have become even more dangerous.
Tai hired some contract killers to kidnap & kill Survi but Kartik hunted Survi down & saved her
The killer when caught gave up Tai
Tai acted innocent but Kartik wouldn't listen.He joined all the dots i.e. Tai did everything right from implicating Shrikant to all those murder attempts to kill Survi & all those instances of torturing Survi
Tai is forced to leave the house
Later she concocts this plan,there is this police officer & together they fabricate proof of Tai's innocence,Tai poisons herself to cement it
Its then that Kartik decides never to misjudge Tai's actions again
