Episode begins with Kuhu informing both the families gathered at Ganapati pooja , that She was not pregnant presently but she n Abir were planning to start their family . Every one is delighted but Abir looks at Mishti n gets emotional , He knows what the doc had told him about Mishti but is in no mood to spoil mishti’s or the family’s happiness . Mishti then tells Abir that she had always thought she brought bad news n caused unhappiness for her family but was very pleased to see then happy because of her .

Vishambar remembers that first moment when little Mishti had come home and he became her Bade papa , he tells Rajshri how their life has been filled with joyous moments since she came . Kuhu feels left out but smiles at Mishti Bade papa hug .

Meenu then gets emotional and narrates how she was married Mehul against the wishes of her father n he the disowned her . Later she discovered mehul carrying out fraud deals with Her father’s business and also cheating her by living at village for prolonged periods . She had to take decisions for the sake of her son Abir. She had to bring Abir n Kunal all on her own . She wants Abir to be a good father to their child , and she is sure Mishbir will make very good caring parents . She gets emotional apologises to Rajshri n Maheshwari family for sharing her woes , but Raj Shri consoles her saying it was OK to share with close family , it made the pain bearable. Rajshri caresses n wipes her tears .
Meenu then assures she will be a parent figure it Mishbir baby , she will shower the love n affections she failed to give Abir . She will spoil her grand child . Rajshri then jokes that she might turn out to be the strict Naani of the kid got too spoilt .

All share happy moments n laughter .

Anir is unable to hide his tears ..he is having heart break knowing the reality of Mishti .,he makes an excuse of NGO work n goes out . He calls up the doctor n wants to meet her regarding details of Mishti’s condition .

KuKu share a moment n they have detailed talks how they both are not ready for starting a family n Kunal wants to take care of Kuhu as he had been neglecting her for quite some time now .
He wanted to make up to her n be a good husband . Kuhu is thrilled to hear this n showers her love n affections on Kunal . Abir meets the lady doctor at hospital who informs that Mishit had suffered internal injuries which would cause her to have abortions a few months into the pregnancy which would cause too much heart break in the family . She advises Mishti to avoid pregnancy . Abir is heart broken .
Meenu declares that being the daadi of the future son or daughter of Abir she was going to transfer her share of the business to the child’s name . Jasmeet and Varsha exchange glances of displeasure n hope Kuhu does not get leads out to live a life like Parul .
Kuhu also exchanges glances with Varsha .

Maheshwaris and a Rajvansh family is very happy to hear this . Abir returns and is shocked to hear his mother’s declarations , he is heart broken but can share his grief with anyone. He asks his mother. It to be in a hurry , his child had not yet arrived . Rajshri laughs that grand parents always acted in advance . Mishti says they had only thought of having a baby , arrival of the baby was still far away and assures Nidhi Maami would informs everyone when Anu good news happened .

At RS Abir is very very upset over the news of Mishti’s problem , Meenu notices his state n questions him , he tries to hide facts but Meenu sees thru his lies n questions her son lovingly . Abir then narrates the entire thing that doctors had told him . He was heart broken about informing Mishit who was so looking forwards to parenthood .Meenu is shocked n hugs Abir as he has break down in his mother’s arms . Meenu asks Abir not to feel weak or lose hope , she assures there was nothing Meenu n Abir could not sort out together , they both had fought adversities n emerged winners . She seeks 24 hrs from Abir to find out how to resolve the problem.
